So I have been taking these gummies and I am obsessed! I am always looking for ways to be the healthiest version of myself, but supplements can be hard to swallow because they are large and then if you take many like me it will take forever to swallow all of them. So I will take gummies whenever possible. Well, these gummies are a total game-changer. First of all, they actually taste good like, I actually look forward to taking them every day. They have this yummy, slightly fruity flavor that’s sweet but not overpowering, so it feels like a little treat rather than a chore. What’s even better is that they’re packed with all the good stuff: Omega 3, 6, 9, and even 7, which is super rare to find in gummies yet alone in any supplement. And the best partis they’re completely vegan so no fishy aftertaste or anything weird, just pure plant goodness. I’ve noticed that since I started taking them, my skin feels more hydrated and my hair has this extra shine to it and my hot flashes have been non existent. These are a must have for any woman going through menopausal symptoms!! I swear it’s like these gummies are working some kind of magic. Plus they’re so gentle on my stomach, which is a huge win because some supplements can be pretty harsh on me. The texture is really nice too not too chewy and not sticky at all, so they don’t get stuck in your teeth. And the fact that they’re made by MaryRuth’s, a brand I already know and trust, just gives me even more confidence that I’m putting something really good into my body. Honestly, if you’re looking for way to get your omegas, these gummies are a must try. They’ve definitely earned a permanent spot in my daily routine!

** Update, June 2024 ** I’ve been taking these gummies for nearly four years. The recipe has COMPLETELY changed as of my most recent Subscribe & Save order, and now the taste and texture are totally different and unfortunately not to my liking. I had really grown to love the apricot flavor of these vitamin gummies, but now they taste like fake watermelon + strawberry, which I don’t care for. Additionally, the cap used to be orange and now it’s white. The whole thing is very strange. I wonder if I received a knockoff version or if they really did change their recipe that drastically. I’ve had an ongoing subscription of these gummies for 3+ years, but I’ve canceled it now and switched to a different brand. ** Update, June 2022 ** I’ve been taking these omega gummies for several years, and Mary Ruth’s has significantly improved the flavor and texture since I wrote my original review. The flavor is fantastic, a lovely tart peachy mango. They are now my favorite out of all my gummy vitamins. They’ve also lowered the price by about 20%. Thanks, Mary Ruth!! <3 ** Update, one month after initial review ** The taste has grown on me. Now my other vitamin gummies taste too sweet and sugary in comparison, LOL. After my initial distaste of these omega 3-6-9 gummies, I decided to forge ahead and keep trying to like them (they are expensive and I wanted to get my money’s worth!). It worked, and I began to slowly warm up to the taste. By the end of the bottle — I just finished it yesterday — I had grown to really enjoy the flavor. I will definitely buy more. ** Original review ** I’m a HUGE fan of Mary Ruth’s products and already take her morning & evening liquid multivitamins and her vitamin D gummies. I’m vegan and so I appreciate that MR’s products are also vegan. I’m always on the hunt for a palatable omega-3/6/9 supplement, and I *love* apricots, mangos, and peaches, but the flavor of these gummies is so strange and honestly kind of gross. The texture is also much harder and chewier than the other MRO gummies. Everyone else seems to love these, so I wonder if I got a bad batch? Hmm. Will try another bottle and update my review.
