Life span. Its cheap!
The rope lasted 1 year and broke. When it snapped the pawls came out and destroyed the spring.

I have bought many of these from different sellers on Amazon in the last few years this one here is by far the best even came with extra bolts, rope and handle

Dont last long
Product worked good for about 10 pulls on the cord then the bearings broke and wouldn't go back into the system over all not worth what I paid for maybe try using better quality in parts
