I was shorted a whole spool
I didn't realize until after I'd started using the ribbon that there didn't seem to be as much as I'd ordered. That's when I went back into my orders and saw that I should have received 3 spools of ribbon in a box. I only received 2 spools, but couldn't return for a refund or exchange at that point as I'd started using it.
