The pack comes with a band for your waist/stomach and one for your neck. The bands are adjustable which is great in case you are bloated (or gain or lose weight). I believe these are machine washable but I wash them in the sink & hang to dry (they last longer). They hold a good deal of castor oil (oil must be purchased separately). These are great for ailments or for working out (to get your sweat on). For the stomach bands it only recommends 2 times a week, I think other areas can be done more (check with google or a doctor first). I would definitely recommend these! Great quality for the price

I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!
I did my research and read the reviews on all of the castor oil packs that Amazon offers and this was my top choice and I must say that I made the right choice. I was so pleased with the quality of the material, the softness and comfort of these castor oil packs. I especially love that they are adjustable and the elastic band makes it a perfect for every size person. They are leak proof yet super absorbent so it protects your clothing from the oil. I’m very happy with my choice and I know you will be also.

This is one of the best purchases Ive made thus far! I got this product to help relieve pain in my back and sure enough my pain was gone! This castor oil pack is perfect for any surface on the body and it has been the best one yet! I hope this helps

I think it helped
It's definitely moisturizing my belly felt so moisturized as for the healing part I'm not sure. I honestly haven't used this very much.

Castor Oil Packs Work
My wife and I found the packs easy to use, absorbent and helped to relieve tired achy muscles. We just put the packs on before bed and let the castor oil packs work while we sleep. We highly recommend!

Very nice
I like this pack — it’s soft and easy to wear. I used castor oil and had no problems with leaks or seeping. It’s comfy to wear overnight or throughout the day. Love it!
