With these you definitely have to wear high top shoes or boots or something cause your ankle or heel will stick out,, I could only get the one height thing in there- even with high tops if I added one more my entire heel was out of the shoe.They added like 1 to 1.5 inch to my height so I'm happy

This item will fit in shoes that are low cut however they will slightly raise you ankle above the shoe cuff. They are a bit stiff which will probably get better the more they are used but they do a good job of being a heel cushion and height adder. Some kind of arch support would have made these better. Been using these for a few days now, mainly with heel cushioning and they do help. Make sure you. Tighten your shoe laces a little bit more so your foot wont move around in your shoes especially in the heel area is very critical for you not to injure you ankle and foot

My cousin has standing job and is on his feet 10 hours a day. This caused him a lot of leg pains. I ordered these for him and he is feeling so much better already after just a few days of using these. Highly recommend to anyone who had a leg pains due to lots of time on their feet.

i’m 5”2 (and a half) and my gf is almost 5”6, but i wanted to be closer to her height for our prom pics, so i got these and put them in my forces. i was only able to fit 2 layers in the shoes without my heel coming out of the shoe, but it was still enough to make a difference in my height. kinda uncomfortable, but bearable. definitely recommend.

I feel inches taller but I can’t use it to my other shoes. The shoes must be high cut.

very usefull makes you look taller, it does work in low top shoes life air force 1s but i think it would work better in high top shoes.
