Pay as you go sim
Much of a muchness, the £10 instant top up didn’t seem to materialise but it’s ok as a spare sim and that’s pretty much all I use it for. It’s not too bad as a pay as you go but hardly earth shattering

Cancel the "big value bundle"
It says , "Pay as you go", but they automatically do you this wonderful favour of putting you on a "big value bundle", (Sarcasm)Which means they will take £5 a month, if you have that much in credit, and give you so many minutes, texts and data.I made about 3 texts and 1 short call in the first month...so that cost me £5. I changed to "pay as you go", so I could stop being robbed and ripped off every month and what happens?I tried to opt out, using the automated system when dialing 2345 from the phone, but couldn't find the option, (they hid it well). I phoned Vodafone and talked to a real person, who was great and said it was sorted. (No reimbursement, just cancelling the bundle from renewing). As the months' bundle was coming towards expiry, I get a text saying they are going to take another £5 for the next months bundle. I navigated every option of the automated menu again and somehow after at least half an hour, I managed to stumble on the "opt out" option. I've no idea how I found it and wouldn't be able to find it again. So, eventually, I have a "pay as you go" SIM card, after much stress, time, frustration and loss of money. If I phone 2345, the first thing they tell you is that I have no texts, no minutes and no data... in a decidedly grim tone...but I have credit.A sharp contrast to the buoyant excited tone they use when you have a "Big value Bundle"!You never know, the big value bundle might be what you're looking for, but I didn't ask for it or want it. It said "Pay as you go" on the box, and that's not what I got. Can't say I'm happy at all and I says what a nice guy I am by my still giving it £ stars. Rant over

pay-as-you-go/not
a pay-as-you-go sim, that is not a pay-as-you-go sim, you have to top-up £10 a month and the credit is lost after 2 month, so it ties you in to a £10 contract and that is bad, you can get a better £10 a month contract sim with more mins/texts/data,I had a pay-as-you-go sim, that you topped up has you wish and mins/texts rolled over for ever, so you could biuld up credit over time, this sim I never used has it was locking me in to £10 a month, very up-set with this sim plan.

Great value and great customer service!!
The item arrived in great time and in first class condition! There was an initial problem with getting the top up loaded onto the new sim but with some help from the seller the problem was resolved! Great customer service from the seller and would recommend and use again!! Cheers K

Good value if you are going to make use up the 30day expiration
Bought for my grandmother who only uses occasionally in an emergency phone so I was disappointed to lean it expired after 30 days and I will be back to square one.

Good for testing after unlocking phone
After asking O2 to unlock my iPhone 5 with Nano Sim Card, I needed to check it was working OK with a different service in UK as I was getting a different service in Peru. Also the new service overseas was going to be PAYG instead of monthly contract. Did the job perfectly and had no need to top up with credit, all it cost was one penny and nothing for O2 to unlock the phone. Just discarded the sim after testing.

Didn't Arrive!
My 93-year-old mother’s landline stopped working. BT had been on strike for a week and after that had extended trouble fixing her line. This was an emergency as my mother was unable to contact anyone if she fell from her wheelchair. I live too far away to give direct assistance so I bought her a senior-friendly mobile phone and then realised it needed a sim card and the next day I purchased the one recommended with the original product as I also know little about these things. Following this, I kept phoning her neighbour to see if it had arrived. My mother also wheeled herself down to her post every day to see if had come. It never did appear and the mobile phone sits there unused. We are still fighting to get her landline up and working although she can now make outgoing calls she can’t receive incoming calls. I’m disappointed because my plan to offer instant help failed.

Be a little wary before buying
The phone itself is ok.but the £10 credit cannot be used straight away, it appeared to me to be only used when abroad. It does have a small amount of credit £1.30 on the phone, but haven't topped up with it , a little wary of other people's review on this - the problems they had.if was only to be used as a spare phone anyway. I would buy top ups from a supermarket or similar first to see what happens rather than put in my credit card details in
