This was the best tasting meal replacement shake I’ve had, and I’ve tried a lot of different brands. It’s a little on the pricey side, but I think it’s well worth it. I also like the fact that it does not have soy or a lot of artificial sweeteners. it seems to be full of a lot of good things. The cookies and cream is my absolute favorite.!!!!

Have used several years & really like. Do no know why the price keeps rising or can no longer get the product in vanilla. It is keto friendly.

I'm a firm believer in 310. Everything they sell is of the best quality, and healthy for you. I lost 40 lbs. a couple of years back drinking the shakes & using the greens and reds faithfully, AND I felt the best I ever felt! I have a constant sweet tooth & these shakes stopped those cravings while controlling my appetite, too. I had to stop the products because I I'm no longer working and I just can't afford it any longer. The only cons to 310 are that other than chocolate & vanilla, every flavor tastes the same to me, though there's 2-3 I haven't tried yet. Also, the price- I can't forget that! When I started the shakes two years ago, I believe it was $55 and now it's $65 or more for a month's supply.

Made it with ice cold water to keep the calories down, couldn't finish it. Maybe if blended with milk or vanilla yogurt would be better. Could not get past the taste!

I need a daily chocolate fix, so I lean towards shakes - some chocolatey snack that isn't terribly unhealthy. I consider myself familiar with chocolate shake products on the market. I decided to finally try something different (well knowing this is too expensive for me). This product is quite sweet (sickly) and I am not sure why or what from based on ingredient list. I used 1c of unsweetened almond milk and needed to further dilute with additional 1/2c because it still tasted too sweet. It has a sandy feeling in the mouth, I think underneath there is a fairly decent chocolate flavor. I also like to add a banana to shakes for more substance. As for meal replacement, well as I said I don't utilize shakes for that reason...for me it's a healthy chocolate fix and, anything providing a mere 110 calories is by no means a meal replacement. If this product was half the price, I would purchase again because of the decent chocolate flavor (I could live with the sandy mouth feel), but the cost is prohibitive for me.

My husband drinks the shakes. He loves all the flavors. He drinks one in the evening. He says one shake does curb his late night food cravings. Price is very high so we have to only make one shake a day. I give him slim fast as well. He had emergency surgery on a severe herniated disc and is obese. Fingers crossed this stuff works as a meal replacement. He is a really big guy and needs to lose weight. Again we wish this was more reasonable.
