Bluetooth in a car that is a little too old!
This Bluetooth-to-AuxIn receiver performs flawlessly. The connection to my phone takes place when the ignition is turned on, even when my phone's BT is off and needs to be activated. Good sound quality and volume. No complaints at all, so I highly recommend it.

Instant upgrade for an old head unit with aux in
I've got an older pioneer radio that doesn't do Bluetooth until now. I picked this product because it's USB powered and connects to an aux in. Both of those ports are right next to each other on this head unit so I didn't even have to unwind the cable, not bad. Sound quality for streaming music from Spotify is acceptable at reasonable volume levels, sounds way better than the Bluetooth rig in my other vehicle. Phone pairs right back up with this Bluetooth when I start the car with a couple pleasant beeps over the car speakers to confirm. Overall this is an awesome little gadget especially for the low price. Will update if anything goes wrong.update: something indeed did go wrong. suddenly I am getting bad electrical noises but only on voice calls. audio from google maps sounds great, music is fine, but voice calls not possible due to the bad noise. back to the drawing board.

Excellent quality. Intergrates seamlessly.
Less is more. A lot more. I purchased this Bluetooth adapter for use in my car. This is the third, and best, adapter purchased for this use. This adapter connects my iPhone 14 Pro to my automobile's AUX input.1. Audio Quality. As my previous adapter was BT 5.2, I expected the same audio quality. After testing I can say there is a discernable improvement in sound. Music streamed from Spotify over 3G through this adapter's Bluetooth connection to my car's audio system seems to have a wider dynamic range, particulary in the low frequencies. This was an unexpected but welcome inmprovement over my previous adapter.2. Control. This adapter does not have a battery and relies solely on external (USB Type-A connection) power. This is actaully a huge plus for me. With my previous integrated battery adapter, turning off the car would not automatically pause the music or podcast. Occasionally I would return to the car only to find the iPhone had remained connected and playing through 1 or 2 additinoal poscasts. This adapter also reconnects when power is resored (the car ignition is turned on.) Perfect.3. Size. This thing is small but mighty. In my application, it sits in the compartment below the arm rest. My previous adapter was a mess of power and audio cables. This adapter eliminates the power cable by integrating everything into the USB Type-A connector and a coil wire for 3.5mm (AUX) audio. My AUX input is directly next to the 12v power, so the shorter the cable the better.4. Setup. Could not have been easier to set up. I plugged it in to power, went to the Bluetooth settings on my phone and it popped right into the "Other Devices" list. It paired on the very first attempt.5. Calls. Did not test as my car's Bluetooth is capable of handling calls on its own. Only tested for audio like streaming music and podcasts.6. Conclusion. This is my third adapter in this exact scenario. It is by far the best. If your use case is similar to mine, I would highly recommend this device over most others.

Works with some, not with others.
So I just received this product today and wanted to help some of you out who are looking at the $11 price of this and wondering, "what could possibly go wrong?". I'll mention this: not all cars will work with this thing due to noise isolation on the cable. I tried plugging it into someone else's car before my own and it made a weird tick tick noise, super annoying. However, plugging it into my car and my power adapter, only a light hiss when nothing is playing. Once the music or podcast is on, the hissing goes away. Sound quality, from my short use so far, is really really good for the money. Kinda blew me away tbh. Anyways, I'd check if the power adapter is to blame for the tick tick or any bad hiss noise before discarding it completely. You do have 30 days. Overall, solid product given its from China.

Works great in my car
I bought this about 10 months ago so I could listen to media on my phone wirelessly in my car. It's been working great and I use it to listen to podcasts or music from my Android phone basically every time I go anywhere. Pairing with the phone was a cinch.

Not Good
I previously had one that lasted 2 years, so when that one failed i decided to order another one. However this new one not only had a slight humming noise, it only lasted 1 month. So 2 days past my return window. The AUX end is what failed on the two.

The best Bluetooth receiver I ever bought
I use this in my car because my radio is old and only has AUX input. It always connects to my phone perfectly and the sound quality is great.

Well, it's great when it works......
When it works, it works great. The problem I am having is that half the time my phone cannot connect to the device. I noticed this occurring primarily if I turn off my car and restart it a minute or two later or on cold days when the car has to crank a little more. Then I have to unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in. This kind of defeats the main reason I bought it in the first place; being able to connect my phone to audio through bluetooth without having to manually connect it every time. (I have an older car without things like Android Auto.)Edit: it automatically connects just fine about 60% of the time. The rest of the time, I still have to unplug it from the USB port, wait a couple seconds, and plug it back in. It's getting pretty annoying to the point I'm looking at replacing it with a different brand device.

Funktioniert einfach
Was soll man sagen?
