The media could not be loaded.  This was the first kit I have done. It was tedious and time-consuming but the final result was definitely worth it! It is adorable on my bookshelf.

This was a gift for a friend that loves these type of crafts and she Loved it!

This was my first miniature set to put together. The instructions were difficult to understand at times and I was relying on a picture or assumption on what to do. It said to use white latex which I’m assuming is white glue but there is no way many of the pieces would have stayed together with white glue. I used hot glue for a lot of it which made portions thicker and it didn’t line up well. I gave up on all the teeny tiny things I had to cut out and put together. I created a sub par version of what I think it was supposed to look like, based on the one completed image I was given on the front of the box. An expert would have done a good job I’m sure because they would have small tools and the right kind of glue. I wasn’t missing any pieces that I noticed, and there were a lot!

Or time on this! It’s a waste of money. This is not like one of those lovely kits that are calming and relaxing. Almost none of the bags are marked, missing pieces galore, you literally have to put together the very smallest item. I’ve told my family this would be similar to having to glue the pieces of a Lego together before actually getting to build something with Lego’s. This might make a great fire starter, that’s it.

I have multiple book books but this is the first kit that I have struggled with the most. It is quite smaller than the ones I’ve bought but that wasn’t what deterred me. Not only did it came with the glue missing. Parts were put in a bags some labeled some don’t and instead of organized pieces, it was all jumbled up. Some prints were missing details and color so I actually had to make new ones and draw them. The items were low quality as well, some were broken which makes it even more confusing.

First, it is beautiful! However, it is NOT a novice project! This is Very detailed and very tiny pieces to create. It will take time to create and assemble. However, my biggest negative is that the wiring is so fragile that it did NOT hold together, and it does NOT light up. Very disappointed in that fact!

Full disclosure: I'm still working my way through this puppy! It's an intricate kit that requires a lot of patience and time, but it's shaping up to be really awesome. I cannot wait to display this in one of my bookshelves!
