Q: They come already blown up? And how long do they last?

No they do not come inflated. You must do that yourself. Also, one of them is in Spanish which they don't t tell you. I ended up buying a tank of Helium from party city to blow them up but discarded the one in Spanish as it was not appropriate for the homecoming party.
