Having had to have my ears de-waxed at the doctor before, I thought it would be nice to be able to do it myself at home. This product fills the bill admirably.Step one is to soften your ear wax using Debrox or some other medication. I did this for a couple of days.After that you are ready to use the device. Set up and use was very simple. You feel the feed tank with warm water, put one of the rubber tips into the handle, make sure the device is charged, and you're ready to go.You push the handle up to your ear, making sure the tip is in the ear canal or at the opening of it anyway, and start it up. You can select the amount of power you want using the mode switch. Run it until you feel like you're done, shake your head to get the water out of your ears, and that's it.This device did successfully clean stuff out of my ears, so I can say that it does perform its function. It doesn't blast as hard as the one at my doctor's office, even on its uppermost setting, but I think I'm okay with that. Having warm water blasted against your eardrum is an odd feeling in any event, and I don't think I need any more power from this device.When you're done, dump the tank out, remove the tip and charge the device for the next use.I found this device very easy to set up and use. The instructions were clear, and it's very simple to operate. I can recommend this product for those wanting to clean their ears without having to go to the doctor.

This is a handy little ear cleaning station. Does not leak as I thought it might when applying to the ear.You do need to use warm water with it, so I would ask the manufacturer to upgrade their next version to have a warmer built into it.

I make ear wax constantly, and have had to go to my ENT every three months for ear wax removal as I would get ear infections if I tried to use any of the water based cleaning kits. During Covid, the ENT would only see me for emergencies.I then tried a couple of the earwax removal cameras and they worked pretty good. One day though the plastic piece fell off into my ear. My wife and I could not get it out, and I had to go to the ENT to get it taken out. He said those devices are okay, but not really very safe to use.Finally, I found this Electric Ear Cleaner, fully expecting I would get ear infections after using it, as I always do when I use earwax softeners and water to flush out the wax. I have a standing prescription for antibiotics for the ear due to it. With this Electric Ear Cleaner, I have never had another ear infection. My guess is, that it is because this suctions the water out after it goes in.I first use an earwax softener, then put the ear cup over my ear, the water shoots in, and suctions back into the receptacle. There is no mess, and it gets the wax out so easily. Whoever invented this deserves a huge raise.

It's just running water in your ear. Waist of money!

So the product actually worked better than I expected. Is a good gentle ear washer. It feel weird at first but once you get used to it then it feels normal. I only tried it with regular warm water but when I get the chance I will see if I buy some type of solution that is actually for ear cleaning. But honestly the machine does feels like good quality and it works really good. Another plus is that is wireless so you just charge it and that’s it. I posted a video to show how the water shoots out in the different settings.

I used this because I have had fluid buildup and a friend recommended I use something like this, but now there's water trapped behind my eardrum and I have tried EVERYTHING to get it out. Jumping, spraying more water in, steam inhalation, pulling ear lobe, you name it I've tried it. It is very painful!Looks like I'm going to the doctor now. Kinda useless if all it does is give you swimmers ear.Also the "gentle" setting is not gentle whatsoever. It's loud and uncomfortable. Just go to the doctor if you are having ear problems. I fully regret ever using this product.

This was definitely bigger than I was expecting. At first a little intimidating but it seemed to have help and it was painless!

This is a great ear wax cleaner. It works as it should and really helps clean the wax out of your ears. Only downfall with this ear wax cleaner is the size and bulkiness of it.
