Overall really good mirror compared to the $900 that Jeep dealer charged
Overall it’s really good, easy to install the major difference is that it doesn’t have the mirror effect like the oem one. If you don’t know what I’m talking about it’s the effect that most mirrors have that’s why they say under “objects in mirror are closer than they appear”. It also looks well but it is a tad lighter. The blind spot light also worked flawlessly.

Perfect fit for my 2018 Durango RT
Didn't come with the support prongs but was able to use the old ones. Blind spot warning plug was a bit different from OEM female end but can still connect. Other than that it snaps into place just like the old one. For the price of a heated mirror I'm satisfied.

I wasnt the first buyer of this product.
The mirror looks fine and installed without drama, but as you can see in the picture, it was horribly packaged and wasnt sold as an open box item. The mirror had no protection other than the manilla envelope, the clips that go on the back were just floating in a box that wasnt taped, lucky they made it at all. Im getting tired of items being sold as new when they should be described as open box. Second time this week it has happened to me.
