Q: Ordered received(20x20). But only 4 packs instead of 7 packs. Anyone received 7 packs?

Thank you very much for your order of OlitAir air filters. I would like to clarify a possible misunderstanding. The filter media come in a zipper bag with 3 layers, each consisting of 2 overlapping sections that can easily be separated and stacked together for storage. With one piece of filter media already preset in the ABS frame, you will receive a total of 7 filter pieces. The hard outer frame provides superior support to maintain the integrity of the internal filtering medium. This ensures stable air flow and effective filtration. Thank you again for choosing OlitAir. Q: Is each of the 7 filters individually wrapped so they remain sanitary until use? ?

Thank you for your interest in OlitAir products! At present, the packaging scheme we adopt is to pre place one filter media in the ABS frame, and the remaining 6 filter meidas are stacked in pairs in a zipper bag. Each time you replace them, you only need to take out one piece of them and then put the remaining filter medias back into the zipper bag for storage. Your proposal is very good, we will document it and incorporate it into our improvement plan!

Q: How do you keep it from falling down and clunking every time the HVAC system turns off?

first, with the AC off, take a look at the filter in the box frame and look for a gap on one side. if you see a gap of any size, cut a strip of cardboard from a used box and push it into the gap to remove the space for movement. If all four sides fit reasonably close to the frame, you will have to add some cardboard fill strips on all four faces so that the filter is pressed up against the back or bottom of the frame. What you are doing is removing the space that is letting the filter be moved by the airflow. IT would be good to tape the strips to the filter or to the frame sides to keep them in place. I would also check that it really is the filter making the clunk. You may have a check flapper in the vent to prevent air flowing back in when the system is off.

Q: Current filter I'm using the air flow arrow is pointing down. This filter only states air inlet. Not sure if that logo should be facing up or down?
