The Mi Trimmer is a very good product and works really well. It has a good battery backup and is very convenient to use. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. The Amazon service was also excellent. My first product arrived defective, so I requested a replacement. Amazon provided next-day Prime delivery for the replacement and also offered a hand-to-hand replacement, which made the process very smooth and convenient. This might sound unrealistic and far fetched but I brought this trimmer on March and use it to trim and style facial hair maybe once a week - the crazy part is I started using it right out of the box for the last 5 months, haven't charged it once, and still have 2/3 of its battery left! 😅 Product is on the quiet side and vibrations are OK. I carry it around in my toilet bag and I travel alot so I can say the quality is top notch. Otherwise I leave it on the sink so it gets splashed quite a lot so I'd say it's pretty resistant to water? Not sure tho.

Do not buy, battery is faulty in all. Got it replaced and same thing happened again wont recharge, total waste of money
