I take this with a nitric oxide booster, creatine, and testosterone booster. The results in three months with at least 2 days going hard at the gym full body? Pleasing to say the least. Taste is okay. Mixes good with a a shaker ball. I pour some liquid in first then the scoop to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Texture isn’t bad. The price is decent for the amount you spend and the results you get. For me, just the days I work out, i take it along with my other supplements

I love this flavor and protein powder. It mixes well without no clumps like other proteins. I mix it with peanut butter and a banana in a bullet blender after my workout at the gym. Taste delicious.

Mixes well with water. It seems to be effective. Smells like any other protein powder would. I gave it 3 stars because of the taste. It taste HORRIBLE but, nobody drinks protein drinks for the taste, they drink them for the benefits.

I got this because a GNC employee told me that this newer version will NOT make you fart. It doesn't so we're good there. However, it doesn't taste as good as other proteins and there's no way I'm mixing this stuff into any food. Yuk. Also, the scooops are much larger and when blended in my ninja bullet, it swells up and creates pressure in the container. It's ok but you can't make as large of a smoothie as normal. Overall good rating, but not sure if I'll continue to buy this flavor. May have to go to chocolate and see how it tastes.
