It definitely helps with bloating and irritability. Can't say it improved my mood over all cuz it still swings in all the other directions. It has 4 grams of sugar per serving so if you're watching your sugar intake, take that into consideration. Not sure if it's worth spending some of your 50 grams of daily sugar on vitamins. Didn't really help with cramps but it didn't purport to.

The gummies sometimes help alleviate premenstrual symptoms. Tastes somewhat tart, but they've grown on me. I like how they resemble fruit! Cute!

I'm not sure if these have improved any emotional symptoms, but they did seem to reduce my bloating. Gummies are on the large size and you take two of them, but the flavor is pretty good - they're soft and chewy and definitely taste like blueberries, with quite a bit of added sweetness. They say it's a 30 day supply but I figure I'll be taking this over a two or three day span every month as needed, so it should last a good while.

These work wonderfully for pms symptoms. They have a really good flavor. I love that these vitamins have a child proof lid. They do not cause me any stomach upset.

These work well for improving my mood and helping with bloating during that time of the month. They taste good and are easy to chew. Very pleased.

I think these are more of the type of thing where certain people will be able to benefit from it over others. I can't say if they've helped me, because sometimes when I take them I don't feel any different. Other times I feel better. So who really knows? I think I'll have to wait another month to give them another go.Now for the taste and texture. I like both. But these aren't a snack so the flavor shouldn't quite matter so much. I find them easy to chew, much easier than a name brand gummy candy that's for sure! Maybe I got a good batch, because if these are hard to chew for you, you should go to the dentist.I think they're worth trying out because you never know if they'll work for you or not. Definitely worth a shot!

The gummies had a faint fruity berry scent. It tasted like blueberries but the flavorful wasn't strong. The gummy was chewy but I found myself chewing away longer at it than other gummies. The gummy didn't leave any after taste or stick in my teeth. I am not sure if the gummies work but I did feel less bloated.
