This order came very quickly - 2 days at most, including Sundays - the packaging was very secure and it comes with a very informative brochure about the Crafty Arts store and what they stock. It even came with a seasonal treat for myself. The colour isn't exactly like on the picture, but there is a very easy way to find out - on Deviant Art there are lots of "Copic Colour Charts", they have very accurate colours. It was exactly like the colour on the chart. I bought this for my best friend, I think she'll love it!
