Westinghouse 6 Pack 100 Lumen Low Voltage LED Pathway Light Landscape Kit w/Transformer & Cable (Bronze)

I was tired of the dimness and unreliability of solar lights. These electric lights were the perfect choice. Easy to install, stylish and bright. They give off a lovely bright, warm light. I ordered two sets.

I recently had my front yard re-landscaped and needed some pathway lighting. Did a quick search and found this here on Amazon. Being that they're nice-looking and that everything needed for install is included, I couldn't pass it up!(2) of the (6) included lights did not work(tested, verified) and I contacted 'Green-light Solars" customer service to inquire about receiving replacements. Customer service was exceptional as they replied within minutes, were friendly, professional, generous, and sent me replacements the very next day. The replacements work and the lighting looks beautiful. I really hope they last!*NOTE: My electrician said they were easy to install. Being that my soil is fairly soft, they put a little cement under the dirt to give them a sturdy foundation.

GREAT lights, very bright! They are relatively simple to install and I’m happy with them. Two minor details - The only on and off feature is dusk to dawn via a sensor. With that in mind, it is impossible to turn them on and test the connections before it gets dark. Once installed, I had to wait for it to get dark before I could determine if all the connections are properly made. It was easy enough to correct the problem, I just opened the connector and reinstalled the wiring to make a proper connection.

bought 3 sets for front yard and it was easy installation due to direct wire clip-on's for each light which eliminated the tedious tasks of splicing each light onto the low-voltage wire with wire connectors. the LED lights are bright and are good replacements for the previous low voltage "malibu-type" 7-watt bulbs. did not give the lights 5 stars rating due to (1) one set was missing a stake so had to use a stake from a old broken light; (2) one set had one ornamental top loose on one light which had to be reattached; and (3) the 35 watt transformers with photo-sensors do not work well with the old low voltage lights when combined with the new LED lights. if one old light did not work, the new LED lights further down the line did not work even though the wiring was in parallel (it acted like the lights were wired in series). planning to buy another set to eventually replace all the old lights to LED.

working good.Had to get help finding the stakes.They are hidden inside the tubes.UPDATE:These are nice but the plastic stakes are VERY weak.I purchased 12 lights, only 11 worked, one was broken in the box. I did get credited for just that one. I would have to purchase another 6 just to replace the one light.Anyway, back to the plastic stakes, like I said VERY VERY weak plastic.A lot of mine have broken off and now the lights can't stand up. Very frustrating that these are not built stronger.

Much better that a cheap crappy set I tried before. I prefer made in the USA but the prices are crazy. Good product, well made.

WOW! they are so bright for such a low wattage. I bought two packs of six. I think you can power five packs of six from the same auto power unit. Knowing this I would have liked an option to buy the separate lamps in packs of six less the power unit. I'm an electrical engineer and doubted the power specification so I put an ammeter in series with all 12 lamps and confirmed the power rating. My 7W night lights around the house consume more power than all 12 of these lamps put together. I have no guilt about leaving them on all night. The picture dose not show it but they do come with the ground stakes.

After solar lights didn't provide enough illumination, I bought two sets of these lights to line my sidewalk. In general, the installation went smoothly. However, the connecting the light to the cable was difficult with the provided "clips". It took several tries to get all of the lights working and I broke at least one connector. After a few months, lights starting going out and before I knew it, half of them didn't work. I investigated and found that on all of the lights that quit working, the thin metal in the connector had either broken or corroded. I had to replace the connectors with something more robust and was able to get them all working again. The stakes that come with these units are VERY fragile. When investigating the connector failures, I found 4 or 5 lights with stakes broken where they enter the light. I've ordered replacements (hope they fit!). At $130 for six light, cable and power supply, I wouldn't call it a very good value for the money (particularly when you consider what it's taken to keep them operating). I still gave them 3 stars because they are very bright and look good.
