I'm a male figure skater. 6'1" 190 lbs. with a 33" waist. A medium fits me perfectly. I bought this as an alternative to a dance belt (which are super uncomfortable) to provide some athletic support and smooth things out in the front when wearing tights. I know its not it's intended purpose, but it dose provide the perfect balance between support and comfort that I was after. The only problem is that the camel toes is way more pronounced than I thought it would be, and since i'm not "tucking" and want things out front and vertical, I wish it were a tad bit higher in the front and there was a non-camel toe version. Other than that, it has just the right amount of padding. Sizing is about right compared to the chart and similar to men's underwear sizing.Update: After a skating session wearing this, I am super satisfied. I have never worn a more comfortable thong that actually provides support. I found that wearing it inside-out under a pair of snug fitting women's boy-briefs helps smooth things out better. The material does seem to stretch out somewhat after the first wear, but wearing the boy-briefs over the top keeps it snug enough for my purposes.

The padding on the gaff is exaggerated, almost defeating the purpose of wearing this in the first place, and the fabric tears after one or two uses. All of my mine are broken. Don't buy. Better off using my homemade gaff from pantyhose.

Very comfortable! They conceal everything very nicely. I use the thong pair cause you can easily slip panties over them.My one complaint is that the camel toe is like cavernous. It's very obvious and large if your clothes are a bit tight. It looks very awkward if you wear it with too tight an outfit

Wow! This gaff is amazing! It fits perfect and holds everything in place. It gives me that feminine look. It looks great wearing womens leggings or yoga pants. It also provides a camel toe in tight leggings. I enjoy looking down there and seeing a flat smooth appearance. It really makes me feel very feminine. It’s also very comfortable. I forget that I have it on at times.

I am 5'7", 130 lbs. I ordered small but it is still somewhat large for my frame. For its purpose, a snug fit is the goal. Unfortunately, there is no XS to go by. I do give it a 3 stars because the material is good quality.

I can finally be me in comfort!!I did end up ordering a size smaller than my usual panty size to provide a more secure hold on everything down there. Was definitely the right choice! You can wear another pair of panties over the top to hide the "camel toe" affect it adds or alone with leggings. Its versatile and perfect! I can move freely and if anything slips out of place its a super fast super easy fix!

Fits super well. Really comfortable. Looks great, identical to the real thing when tucked. Tight fit keeps the testes from descending and it also keeps the boy in place. This is the first gaff I paid for and it seems to have been a great purchase.

I barely had it to my knee when it tore all along the back. The seams came apart in seconds. Hopefully I can get my money back...
