I was terrified of this thing and have avoided it for awhile. I finally broke down and decided to try it but couldn't find good directions, not ones good enough to make me feel confident in myself. I watched some TikToks and some youtube videos which helped a ton, I would highly recommend! I started out with the smallest needle and the pain is nothing. Now I feel like a giant baby for being so scared. I haven't noticed improvements yet but I'm working my way up to a bigger needle so hopefully that will help. It's so much easier than I ever thought though.

I have got microneedling done by a professional so had an idea of what should be done. I did not use a numbing cream and the product does not say anything about this. I used the tiniest needle and began working slowly in all directions. I used it on my most scarred areas. It did not hurt me as I did not push the needles into my skin too hard and also because these were the finest needles. I did this for about 20 mins on each cheek and then finished it off with a Vit C serum which led to a little burning sensation. The next day, my face was generating a burning sensation. I only washed with warm water (no soap) and after 24 hours I applied soap. My face burned for about 2 days and I would put on sunscreen every day. The effects were great and I could see my scars healed a bit, my dark spots reduced but the effect on the scars was only for a week. I plan to use this product each time I have an event.

I have to admit i was prerry skeptical at first. I watched a bunch of videos on how tp use correctly and what the side effects could be. I was still afeaid to start out using on my face (tho that's where i wanted it to work) so I use it on my stretchmarks on my stomach. I've used twice so far and even now they seem to look better than before. This is awesome! Watch YouTube videos and make sure to use correctly. Keep your hands and area clean during the process. I don't use numbing cream but it seems very popular. But I'm also someone who likes the feeling of getting a tattoo so it's at your discretion. I definitely recommend this item tho, for sure.

I was so intimidated by this that it sat in the box for a month. But it's so easy! The best part is that you can start with such a light setting that you won't feel anything at all, and then work your way up. When I had this done in a med spa - it was deep and a bit painful. But you can work your way into that level. Despite the poor instructions, it's simple to use. Just charge it, screw on a tip, turn it on, then adjust the 2 settings for depth and speed. Make sure your skin is super clean. It was so easy. I did watch a few videos by searching for "Microneedling nano". It comes with 3 "levels" of needles and I've only used the Nano so far as I'm easing into this. I wish I hadn't waited so long as this is going to be my new best friend.

I think this is a good basic set for beginners. It doesn't have good instructions, so I had to research how to best use this device. I think starting in small areas is best and not being too aggressive with the pen to start.

If you’ve never used a micro-needling pen, I suggest finding a video. A video is easier to learn from than manuals that come with any pen.I use 2-Pack Base Labs 4% Lidocaine Cream . I highly suggest everyone do the same. It makes the process less uncomfortable, which helps me do it correctly.Here’s how I do a treatment:1 - I washed my face to get all the dirt, oil, and makeup off. I didn’t want anything on my skin that could cause irritation or infection.2 - Make sure my device is charged for uninterrupted use.3 - I put  Base Labs 4% Lidocaine Cream on my cheek and let it sit for about 20 mins. Then I wipe off the numbing cream and cleanse my face again. I could cleanse my cheek, but I do the entire face.4 - I put on disposable gloves, open the cartridge packet, and lock the needle cartridge in the device.5 - I adjust the dept to match what I need for my cheek and choose the speed I am comfortable with.6 - I guide the device over my cheek horizontally, vertically, then diagonally in both directions. I did this 2x’s. (I do not use pressure with the device on my cheek)AFTER:1 - I wash my face with warm water only.2 - Applied  Peptide and Amino Acid Serum .RECENTLY I’VE BEEN APPLYING  DM.Cell Hyaluronic Skin Renewal BEFORE STARTING THE MICRO NEEDLING. Either before or after is your choice.3 - For 2 days after, I use a mild cleanser and use  USDA Jojoba Oil , which is the moisturizer I have always used.I wait 🗓4 - 6 weeks before doing another treatment in the same area. If you’ve never used a microneedling device, watch some videos to help learn how not to irritate the skin. Everyone’s tolerance is different so best not to get overconfident too soon. Try a very small area and then wait a couple of days to be sure you don’t’ have a reaction. The very hard to pronounce Loutsbe is a solid value with several cartridges included. In my opinion it is too generically boxed for gift giving. Take a look at the photo and you’ll see what I mean.
