Ledlenser K3 Key-Ring Powerful LED Torch with Advanced spot to flood focusing (Black) - Gift Box, 8313

In about 10 years I'm on my 4th LED Lenser K3. The K is for Key, as in it is not much bigger than a house key. As a computer tech I use this key chain light everyday. It's a great light for my use - looking behind computers, under desks, dimly lit servers. I also use it camping and it is all I need. I like the tail switch, which I usually just press lightly as a momentary, but a deep press will turn it on & it says on. Another deep press to power off. This little wonder lives on my key chain, so it lives a pretty harsh life, always rubbing on metal keys and getting used often even if briefly. This K3 is a lot brighter than the other lights that use a single AAA. The 4 watch batteries are easy to obtain and at reasonable cost. The batteries (4 of LR44, AG13, or 357) usually last for several months for me.Beam can be focused in & out, spot or flood. When zoomed as a spotlight there is an interesting blue ring around the white light because the lens splits the blue & white light. 14 Lumens. It's very useful, almost too bright when up close. My only complaint with the first K3 was that the hole drilled in the aluminum body for the keyring connection wore out due to heavy use. I contacted LED Lenser and they covered it, sending me a new one. That one was also great, but the batteries went dead quickly when the tail switch would frequently turn on in my pocket. I never know for sure, but sometimes it could have been on for hours. No wonder the batteries went quickly (6 weeks, which is still pretty good). This is an unregulated light, so it gets dimmer when the batteries are not strong but still works until you decide to replace the batteries.These lights make a great gift item, so when I saw a sale I bought several K3's at once. I gave a couple away, and I replaced mine whenever the light got wonky. I have to report that although this last batch seems to look identical to the K3 I got directly from LED Lenser, the quality is not as good. The only fair assumption is that I got some cheap counterfeits. Something I did not expect, but you should watch out for. Because of that it is pointless to explain what the quality issues were and they probably do not apply to the Real LED Lenser K3 flashlights.Anyway, the LED Lenser K3 has been my go-to EDC Every Day Carry keychain flashlight for years & years. Nella confezione troviamo:►Torcia LedLenser K3 corredata di anello portachiavi►4 Pile a bottone di tipo LR44 (con cui è alimentata)-LA PROVA-Tirata fuori dalla scatola e presa in mano ci accorgiamo di una costruzione impeccabile classica da parte di questa azienda e notiamo un ottimo alluminio proveniente dalla madre patria dell'acciaio tedesco,ovvero la città di Soligen nonché città in cui è presente la sede della LedLenser. Al tatto è ottima e grazie alle zigrinature presenti sul corpo della torcia la presa è più che salda. Svitiamo il tappo presente sul fondo della torcia per inserire la pila e anche qua la fattura è ottima e possiamo notare i contatti su cui poggia la pila interamente placcati in vero oro e l'orlo del tappo su cui è presente una guarnizione OR per non far entrare l'acqua;poiché questa torcia ha una protezione contro gli schizzi d'acqua grado IPX4. Inserita la pila l'accendiamo e la torcia sfodera la sua ottima potenza che a colpo d'occhio impressiona date le sue piccolissime dimensioni.-La torcia può essere regolata su un livello di luce che viene azionato ruotando in senso orario il coperchio delle batterie;ottimo sistema che non permette accensioni indesiderate nelle tasche. La torcia è 14 Lumen e ha una sorprendente autonomia di circa 1.3 Ore. Il suo fascio luminoso è in grado di coprire tranquillamente i 33 metri dichiarati. Inoltre come le sorelle maggiori possiede la lente brevettata Led Lenser,con la quale possiamo focalizzare o defocalizzare il fascio di luce. Tale funzione ci permette di sfruttare appieno i 14 Lumen!-CONSIDERAZIONI FINALI-La torcia è costruita in maniera ottima, è leggera (29g), è maneggevole tascabile al massimo (7 Cm con un diametro del tubo di 10Mm) e in più è potente. La torcia strabilia quando si pensa come faccia una torcia di tali dimensioni a produrre tanta luce.
