Great insight into leveraging data!
This is an excellent book for a better understanding of how to leverage data to optimise marketing strategies! The book discusses the different customer data available, and I particularly enjoyed the case studies, as they made the content very clear and relatable. In addition, the book discusses how to use data in different parts of the business, like branding, product strategies, price strategy, etc. I found this book very informative and eye-opening, and a great introduction and overview for someone like me, new to the topic - highly recommended if you are interested in this topic.

I was given a copy of this book by the author. This is a comprehensive marketing book that takes the reader through important metrics for optimising marketing strategies. The chapters cover keys strategies, including data-driven strategy, customer data, customer journeys, marketing channels, branding, content marketing, product strategy, pricing, and marketing performance metrics. There are useful examples given in chapters. There is also a helpful chapter about data governance and privacy laws. This is a comprehensive and detailed book, that is helpful for people interested in improving their marketing strategies. Thank you for this copy!

Marketing Metrics is a complete a guide to using metrics across all aspects of marketing from the core fundamentals, to creating customer personas, branding your product and company, driving content marketing, adopting product strategy, establishing pricing, and optimizing channel choice. Inge walks through how to make sense of the data, and more importantly, how to make decisions based on it.

As someone who works in marketing, I find this book extremely valuable.

WASTE OF TIME!
I give 1 star, because this book is a WASTE OF TIME. I love academic books or books that go to the point and teach you about something.This book is just a book that has been created to make a profit, filled with a bunch of useless and unnecessary paragraphs and even in some cases they repeat same thing over and over, copy and paste, just to make the book have more pages.
