These fruit snacks are tasty but they are very chewy and get stuck in your teeth

My downfalls are candy gummies and being on keto lo carb they hit spot

OMG this stuff will give you the WORST bout of diarrhea, gas, and bloating. DO NOT BUY. Not only does it leave a weird aftertaste that's really off-putting, it will make you regret your life decisions. Both my husband, neighbor, and I all tried a pack (I didn't eat a whole package) and ALL OF US are now suffering from awful diarrhea, gas, and bloating from this. None of us ate the same things, except this. And all 3 of us are experiencing the same effects. Clearly, not food poisoning from something else we ate and i doubt its a coincidence all 3 of us got sick at the same time. Ugh. I had high hopes. And not to mention, these packages are very expensive for how little you get. Seriously, move on and find something else to buy because this is just not it. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS.

We love the gummy texture and taste. The problem with these is the sugar substitute, erythritol. Studies have shown a possible link between erythritol and heart attacks. We do consume products containing erythritol, but we try to limit them few and far between. My request to the makers of these keto friendly products is to change the sweetener to stevia, monk fruit, and MAYBE allulose in the blend; but preferably, no sugar alcohols at all. Do that, while keeping the texture and taste of the gummy and the product rating should increase. Also, make it more affordable. The cost of this type of product makes it impractical for families with multiple children, especially families living on a single income. Less product comes in a package, yet the price is much higher than conventional candy with sugar.

They were excellent

The texture was nice and soft. A little sticky, but not that bad. Two problems with this product. The first is that it’s sickening sweet. I get there’s no sugar, but it’s overly sweet. The second is the weird chemical aftertaste it leaves in your mouth. Not impressed. Will not purchase again.

I like the flavor of these and it is just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. They are sticky and can get stuck in your teeth. It didn't bother me much.

I bought then to compare with the Smart Sweets brand and Smart Sweets is a lot tastier! ( in my opinion...) I also did not like the texture of the Kiss my Keto candies.

Bien meilleur (et faible en glucides) que les autres marques essayées. Je viens d'en commander une seconde boite. Ne pas manger plus d'un sachet par jour par contre.

After they change the other kind recipe this is great substitue. Great flavor and texture. I’m on my second box.

Don't know what I would do without this! Love having this on hand for Movie Night.
