Opened a good case we had forgotten the code.
Important to know this didn’t let me reset the code when I opened the case with the key.It did make it easier to try different combinations of numbers- trying codes when pressing the reset button

unlocked but didn't re-lock despite turning back to lock position
Lost combination code, key unlocked suitcase though for some reason didn't relock it when turned back. Still investigating why.
