Fits perfectly on 5.7. Great light, and I was able to grab it at 20% off which I think is a solid price. It works flawlessly, is easy to switch on and off, and activating the strobe mode is simple. At 1500 lumens, it’s very bright and definitely lights up the night at a good distance. I would definitely buy again.

WOW! What a great light for the money! Have it mounted to a Remington 870 Police Issue 12ga pump. First off, it is bright AF! I don't have a way of measuring lumens, but it sure has heck LOOKS like 1500 lumens to me. And, after all, that's what really matters. Secondly - they put some REAL thought into how it operates: Love love love the recharge cord! Magnetically attaches to the outside of the light so you can just keep it plugged in at all times. If you need to grab your weapon in a hurry, just grab it and go. The magnet disconnects and you have a light that is fully charged. No more swapping batteries. No more dead or weak battery just when you need it the most. Want an off/off function like a regular flashlight? No problem, click either side button (for left or right handed operation) once - on. Click again - off. Just like you'd expect. Want a momentary on function? No problem, press and hold either button. The light stays on as long as you hold it. And when you release? IT GOES OFF! (wonderful) Want a strobe function? Forget counting the clicks like those cheesy cheap flashlights. Press both buttons at the same time and it strobes. Strobe stays on until you press either button again. It does not support a paddle switch but I didn't want one of those. Highly recommend.

As a longtime Olight user, the PL-3R Valkyrie is exactly what I expected: high quality and high performance. This light is super bright and locks onto the weapon rail firmly and sturdily. The magnetic charging is a huge convenience and works flawlessly. What truly sets this apart is the intelligent function: even when the flashlight is locked out, the momentary switches still allow quick illumination when I need it. It’s a very smart and reliable design.

Haven’t taken on tour or anything but have used it enough to be impressed with its reliability and durability. Good runtime, light brightness and laser visibility. Easy adjustment and easy intuitive control. Just hope they don’t get a big head and Jack their price through the roof like a couple of their competitors. Keep your feet on the ground Olight.

This is a good light out of the box. I had to make adjustments for it to fit my Glock, but all the needed parts were there, and it only took a couple of minutes of playing with. I will say that I compared this light directly to my Streamlight TLR1HL. The TLR-1HL is supposed to have 1000 lm and this light is supposed to have 1500 lm. Despite the claimed lumens for these lights, the TLR1HL provided a slightly stronger beam than this light. So, from a functionality standpoint, this light is not as bright as bright as they claim. However, the TLR-1HL cost more than double the price of this one and is not rechargeable. The difference in the quality of the light was marginal so I would recommend this light for use on both a home defense weapon AND/OR a duty weapon…assuming it maintains its charge…which time will tell.

Look I put this on my cz 75 sp-01 tactical which I am waiting on the parts from Cajun to do the pro internals and hammer upgrade. Does it seem like I’m into junk products? No, first of all in my opinion, as I have 3 of these these are very tactile and useful with the button setups. I disagree with the streamlighters saying that the buttons do not make as much sense. They certainly do and to my feel these are just better handgun lights. Very easy to use. Ambidextrous and can be adjusted to your rail accordingly with the key. The brightest setting is 1500 lumens you will have no issues identifying a mouse let alone a potential threat.. its brighter than the stream lights I have owned on brightest setting..and the low setting is also very nice and easy to switch to.. this is a bargain setup for the quality and honestly this truly is a better looking tac light than many others out there. It’s not only top in function it looks good. Don’t overthink it and go with this setup. The rechargeable aspect is so much more convenient than having to switch your batteries about all the time.. and that’s easy with the o light magnetic charger. All in all another good product from o light and anyone new to getting their equipment setup needs to know that more expensive DOES not mean better in this hobby. My holosun 510c elites are preferred over my eotechs .. why? They’re simply better, more rugged, take up less tail space, they have shake to wake, the have 3 diff reticles and solar why spend more for something if you aren’t getting better ? Just like with O light .. you can’t go wrong with this Valkyrie.

I love the PL-3R. It's not as narrow as a streamlight but the quality is on par. Very bright and had high and low brightness, strobe, and is rechargeable. Mine is installed on a G17 and the fit like and feels good. If you go through a lot of practice ammo you will get residue on the lense, so I'd recommend covering it with something unless you don't mind wiping it off after each range trip. I have a universal drop leg holster that it hits in without issue and the PL-3R does help absorb a bit of recoil and mitigate muzzle flip. This light can illuminate my hallway and living room is pitch black on the high setting, it can also light up my decent sized backyard at night. I don't think you can beat the quality for the price on the PL-3R.
