Blood Glucose not accurate, other features are OK
5-29 Update. Like others have mentioned, the blood-sugar level is NOT AT ALL ACCURATE. It just gives same range of readings...~120-130 no mater what actual finger poke test says. Clearly, false advertising. Needed a new watch anyway and other features work fine, paired with phone, very easy. Aside from the blood sugar level deal, I like it. But because of false promises, reducing score to 3 stars.Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. I was most interested in the blood sugar measurement.I do not have diabetes, but my daughter has type 1. She uses Dexcom G6.Everything I've read suggested a watch device would not work. I was pretty sure it would be a scam, but I needed a watch anyway and this style looked fine. My daughter has not tried the watch, yet.Very First test today, about an hour after lunch. Watch (converted units) gave me 124 and blood test - finger poke I got 138. I plan to measure once a day for two weeks, will post results here. But the fact it was even able to provide a number just off by 10% was pretty shocking so had to post this review. One note.. I shaved the hair on my wrist to make sure back of watch makes good contact to skin. Not sure if this was even necessary, but wanted as good a surface contact as possible. I wear it snug, but not at all tight. The real test will be with my daughter. One note, it provides measurements in mmol/L. To convert mmol/L to mg/dL, just multiply by 18. So my 6.87 mmol/L converted to 124 mg/dL. Dexcom GCM's are not cheap as everyone knows. This could be a cheaper alternative? Note the watch however is not water proof. Water resistant, but not water proof. It does come with a slick charger. Its got two little posts that just snap into place magnetically. NO plug to try and line up. Just set it near the posts and the magnets kinda just pull it right into place. Blood pressure measurement was pretty accurate as well. And includes lots of other features. Was able to sync to my phone pretty easily.Watch for data update in two weeks!

DO NOT RELY on this for Blood Glucose
Update: After cross checking measurements, all the bio-metric readings are close EXCEPT the blood glucose readings. Mine were over 100 points off after doing the conversion.DO NOT RELY on this device for blood glucose readingsPackaging: Unit came via China Post. Was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Box image and instructions image shows ladies color and not black as I ordered, but a black watch was in the box. 5 star on packaging.Appearance: The watch is good looking plain black with enclosed flex buckle type band. Band was easy to install and fit well. Overall I rate appearance as a 5 star.App and initial setup: The app is somewhat confusing to run thru as it presents MANY options at set up time. , but it was presented in good English, so I suggest you read it a couple of times beforehand.Watch display, menu and general functions: After a general acquaintance period, it is fairly easy to navigate the menus on the watch. All the stated functions appear, and all appear to work. At this time, I will not comment on readings accuracy, but all seem within normal parameters (with the possible exception of the blood glucose readings). I will reserve judgement on accuracy pending cross checking with other standard measuring devices and after getting more familiar with the watch.Overall first impression: This initially appears to be a good value for the money. If nothing else, you get a good looking simple watch that tells time ,day, and date (It sets itself from your phone and accompanying app) along with some other cool bio-metric reading capabilities.

It seems great but...well it is pretty awesome
The media could not be loaded. If you don't need it to transfer data to any other fitness app, it seems to be awesome. It does test glucose but doesn't log it, and appears that you can't get g/dl without calculations or a table. I don't know how accurate the glucometer is, but I'll be testing it today with help of a type 1 diabetic who uses a clinical grade cgm. I'm finding the step counter to be inaccurate vs. my 2 year old veryfitpro tracker. It does track body temp pretty accurately and blood pressure seems to be correctly reading, as long as a baseline setting is entered. I do wish I could see a log of glucose readings and change the measurements to US standard, but for a $30 smart watch, it isn't bad at all. If it connected to Google fit, stratus, or even samsung health, it would be awesome. The camera function seems to not work, but it could be user error. It is waterproof to a degree (rated for 3' for 30 minutes), but no water activities are in the list of exercises, though there are some land exercises in the list I've never heard of. I specifically bought it for swimming but in spite of there being swimming in the pics describing it, it has no water sports! But if it helps us manage glucose without sticking it's great.Update: I'm sticking with 4 stars, because the glucometer is consistently 8-10 pts off, when multiplying the mmol/l measurement by 18 to get g/dl. It's only a little on the high side. Close enough to help monitor as long as we keep that consideration when checking. Great tool if you don't need continuous glucose monitoring or only have to stick a couple times daily.Would be 5 stars if it connected to fit apps like Google or Applefit, had US option for units, logged glucose readings (it does save the last reading before you start a new one). It does seem to require a lot of permissions and access to run the app, but it has so many functions that require it. If you're tracking for fun, and not trying to link to a wellness app, it's great.
