How tall is it? Can it fit into a case which supports only 155mm

I have a 155mm max cooler height PC and this did not fit.

S the thermal paste any good or should I buy a third party one?

I replaced the stock AMD Wraith cooler on an already installed AMD 5600X processor that was causing BSOD events when running high demand video games. The paste supplied with the ID cooling SE-224-XT was perfectly fine. It went on easily on top of the small amount of the AMD paste that remained on the CPU and the new cooler eliminated the problems that I was having.

Can I use my own 120mm fan? And can I use 2 of them?

Yeah. It comes with two clips, so you could use their fan and add another, or use two of your own 120mm fans.
