Not in the directions but you can flip the screw caps over to get a "taller" fit in the filter inlet.

This product does not work. It seemed like a great idea for leaves and bugs but they end up drifting around it.

I thought the idea was great... But, too good to be true. Concept is great, but it was too small for our skimmer opening, and the arm could be a bit longer. I kept making it bigger to get it to fit, but then the white pieces screwed right off.

This arm sticks out about 2 feet and gathers stuff that normally would by-pass the filter intake.

Never sweep and net the pool again. Extended arm does a much better job than just the skimmer. The arm could be stronger and the expander is to short to fit in the standard skimmer height but assume product.

The media could not be loaded.  I hardly ever write reviews, but when something performs EXACTLY like I was hoping it would, I have to share. The product worked perfectly as you can see from the video. It grabbed things that would normally just float on by. I was tired of skimming the pool when the pool skimmer should have been doing the job for me. Tons of debris always on the surface or bugs you'd need to skim away before swimming- within an hour it seems that this got every piece of debris on the surface into the skimmer!I'm hopeful that it will continue to perform like it is now. I will update my review if it fails to. I saw a comment saying the plastic was flimsy but I have a round above ground pool with two returns and you can't really get much faster of a current than that there's even little eddy currents that are forming behind the plastic, and still just a little bend. I have it angled so it's pointing into the current to scoop as much as possible.Anyway, buy it now you won't be disappointed!

This product works great! We have some trees near our pool so I was constantly skimming leaves, bugs, and other debris from the top of the pool. Since installing this I haven’t had to skim the top of the pool once. Very pleased with this purchase!
