It’s good material
Good material slightly smaller than my army issued medium ruck by not nearly as expensive.

Exceptional Customer Service/ Warranty
Ordered this medium ruck and due to strenuous conditions I put it through the strap broke on me…. However, I reached out to the customer service a few days later and immediately sent me a brand new bag. All companies should strive to have customer service as this company did. Brand new bag within 72 hours of reaching out. Would recommend and buy again from this company!

Decent quality bag
I got this to act as a bug out bag and got the most part in really pleased. This isn't going to be a super heavy duty bag but it should hold up to moderate wear and tear. The buckles are good quality and it's easy to adjust everything to get a nice fit. The straps accommodate fairly large framed people and the side pouches are massive and should easily accommodate some fairly large gear. My only issue I noticed was the shoulder straps were incredibly rigid to the point of being painful, now this may simply be due to cold weather (I'm in Alaska), but just something to keep in mind. Hopefully they soften up to where the pack is comfortable to wear, but other than that I'm happy with it.

Good but not official gear
This may look like an official medium rucksack but it isn't. Extremely close but just know that going in.It feels well made after a using it for awhile. I ruck 4-8 miles a week. It's holding up fine and the extra sustainment pouches are nice (they can also be removed if you prefer).A few minor gripes: the shoulder straps are extremely stiff, there aren't enough retainers for all the loose ends of various straps, and the drag handle is wrapped in pleather. None of that is a deal breaker for me but felt it worth mentioning.

Decent quality
For not being issued gear it is still pretty close. The waist strap is so much more comfortable than issued. I noticed between my issued one and this one that the zippers aren't as thick and the shoulder straps are very stiff and thick. Which wouldn't matter if you're in full kit. But for the price and with the included sustainment pouches it's still a great bag for the price.

Easily adjusted, durable and spacious
I've been using this pack for nearly three months now. I get a lot of use out of it on an almost daily basis and it's held up very well in this time. I treat it rougher than I probably should, and it doesn't seem to matter. I consider it to be very durable considering everything I've put it through in this short amount of time. The stitching looks good, and has held up just as well as it looks. The external frame is a great feature and definitely beats the internal frame I had in my previous pack. You can easily, and quickly, adjust the pack to fit your size. I'm 6' and 170lbs. I was able to adjust this to fit my body perfectly. A small nitpick, due to it's adjustable nature, is the excess straps. They hang down low but this is easily fixed by cutting the straps (after you've fit the pack to your size obviously) and then burning the ends to make sure they don't unravel.I ordered the UCP model and it's not quite right. If you're not familiar with UCP, or do not have any genuine military UCP to compare to, you would never notice it. Even if you have the genuine UCP sitting next to this pack, it's not so bad that it just becomes completely obvious at a glance but there is a slight difference and it's worth noting. The key to any pack is storage and this has plenty of it. The main pack is roughly 50 liters and the two side compartments are about 8 liters each. The main pack itself is a good size for a 3 day pack and with the side compartments, you could push it to 4+ days. The MOLLE allows you to attach even more and works great. This could include more storage or really whatever you'd like. They also claim it being capable of a 65lb load and I believe it. I've carried 50lbs in it and I feel like it could easily handle 65lbs but I just haven't packed it that heavy yet so I cannot say for sure.Overall, I am happy with it. As I mentioned, I have abused this for the past three months and it's still holding up strong. It holds more than enough for my weekend trips.
