I don't write a lot of reviews, if you're like me you buy everything on Amazon so well...time. But I thought I would for this product, which I had fairly low expectations of, but it actually works, and works with NO side effects. No added caffeine or green tea blend or any other stimulant. I take one before lunch and one in the late afternoon, and I'm literally not hungry between meals; at all. And lets me make better choices since I'm not starving. I've read that it stops working after a few weeks and that might be the case, haven't gotten that far, but it definitely works.

Ever since I've been taking this I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, along with cucumber water, been watching what I eat also! Cut down on candy, sugar and all the bad things for my body.

Just received it and just took it right before my breakfast and WOW! I could hardly finish my food. This is going to be a game changer for me, especially if it's a fat burner. I didn't work out like I usually do and I didn't really follow a healthy diet so I hit a plateau (hey, it's summer and I'm a party animal). I've started taking it again and changed my diet so I'm hoping I will see better results. What I find promising is that I didn't change much and it worked a bit so we'll see how it'll work while I'm actually doing everything I need to in this weight loss journey.

I tried African Mango that are twice as much before and did not see the change in my bathroom habits. I came across this brand on Amazon and wanted to give it another try. I take 2 capsules in the morning per instructions and about a 3rd day, I noticed some changes and they are good changes. I wanted to wait to write a review and here I am ordering my 2nd bottle so it’s time to give it a fair assessment. This product makes me regular and for those of us who have issues going to the toilet, you know how miserable it can be. I have always been careful about what I eat but it still doesn’t help but this product sure does. Plus I lost 10 lbs after using the first bottle. I am a customer for life.

This product seems to be helping me control my appetite. I take two capsules with lunch, and I don't feel hungry until dinner which makes me eat small dinner. No side effects so far.

Loved these pills. Some company wanted $59.99 for these as diet pills. Hahaha. Not.!!! I have lost 7 pounds so far taking 3 a day.

I had high hopes for this and did my research on African Mango before getting it.I DO have a more sensitive stomach than others, but tried it for few weeks.It didn't make me lose any weight but gave me stomach cramps. With the cramp, I did not have much appetite when I was taking it compared to before. I had to stop taking it after trying few days and trying few days after taking a break because I wasn't sure if this is safe to take with my stomach reaction.It did not make me go to bathroom or anything like that others listed. Did not lose weight either but maybe a tiny bit of bloat around the belly with the cramping effect.Really wish it worked,
