Tapestry: Fantasies & Futures

Tapestry is one of my and my family's favorite games. The quality of Stonemaier Games has always been top notch and this expansion was no exception. I loved the fact that it was packaged in eco-friendly recyclable material instead of it's own cardboard box because I was able to fit it in with the base game and the other two expansions in one box. The new 'charm' mechanism added a fun twist especially to the last income turn which ended up determining the winner in our last gameplay. I would highly recommend this expansion to enhance Tapestry and it's other expansions.

The new fantasy and sci-fi themed cards and civs are a great addition for anyone who's played a lot of Tapestry, and the new comprehensive rulebooks are also great to have.

While this expansion is smaller, it comes packed with a ton of great stuff. The new civilizations are all fun and have something completely unique to them, the included rulebook is a must-have if you have all of the expansions (everything is finally in one place!), and the addition of charms to tapestry cards adds a whole new dynamic for what to play and when.If you enjoy Tapestry, this is a wonderful addition to the game!

For the extra content alone in this expansion is worth it. I really enjoy the new capital maps that continue to balance and keep the game competitive. Stonemaier continue their reputation of quality gaming with this one.

Such a fun expansion pack! Only reason it gets 4 stars is because it does not come with the buildings just the building cards.
