ARENA Powerskin ST 2.0 Boys Jammers Youth Racing Knee-Length Swimsuit

My son is a competitive swimmer and I needed a tech suit that met the new rules for 12 and under to compete in the new England championship meet. Young swimmers that have never used a tech suit should know that these feel small when compared to a regular practice suit and it takes some time to put it on. Some people recommend going one or two sizes smaller so the suit is extra tight but I would not recommend it. Just go with the same size that they use in a practice suit and don’t worry if it looks and feels small. Just make sure that they don’t tug it on as they might rip it, just slowly work it up. My son dropped time and all his events during the championship meet. I thought it was only the tech suit but I’m sure it helped. It also helps mentally because everyone else is wearing a tech suit so they feel at a disadvantage if they don’t have one. Overall, he really liked it and I would buy it again for him.

We use these suits just for competition. They are meant to be very tight-folding over the bottom of the legs helps my son get into them and I don’t put them in the dryer-keeps the compression for longer!

Used for my 8 year old’s championship meet. Didn’t make him any faster, but he liked being in a speed suit like all the older boys!

Nice suit, however needed to size up 2x in comparison to my sons Speedo competition suit, which is always sized down 1 for meets. Another interesting observation is that we needed to size up 1x in comparison to his Arena briefs he uses for daily practice. Overall this seems to be good quality and he was happy with the results following the 1st meet he used it in. Not sure of longevity as it has only had one use following a freshwater rinse...

Purchased for my 12U son, as he'd outgrown his previous fast suit. Material was slightly stretchier than his previous ST 2.0. It's supposed to mimic a tech suit - the tighter the better. He cut a lot of time at the meet he used it at. So whether it was the suit or thinking it was the suit - it worked.

My son had a meet this weekend and wore this tech suit for the first time. He did not warm up in it and we followed instructions on it’s care. After one meet the edges are frayed. This was suppose to be a step up from his Powerskin 2.0 tech suit. It is really disappointing to spend this type of money on a tech suit that can’t handle one meet. Tech suits cannot be returned once used. I did call Amazon and they have promised to refund my money. Please think twice before purchasing.

Great entry tech suit for my 11 yo. I bought the 28 and it fit perfect. I may have been able to squeeze him in a 26. He's 99 lbs and about 5'2".

Tyvärr var dem lite små i storleken. Så mitt tips är att ta en storlek större. Bra med snöre i minskat så man kan spänna åt dem.
