The handle is too heavy and too big to be very convenient to use

I have earn spoon experience, versus using cotton swabs. With this ear wax vacuum, although it felt nice to use, and I like that the spoon rotates on its own, I don't think it cleaned too much wax. Maybe my ear wax was not dry enough? It would have been nice if this had a video camera tip, and I could view it on my phone as I'm cleaning.

I don’t understand what those device should do with my ears. Can’t see any visible results.After showering q tips works much better, then all these devices.

This item does say that it's "for dry ear wax". So it doesn't beat around the bush that it's not for oily ear wax. However.... Ear wax is oily in nature. When is ear wax usually dry? I was hoping that despite this, it would still be a valuable tool to have on hand. And it is. It still got some very small pieces of wax sucked out and into the ear wax trap container. It also got some bigger pieces of oily ear wax smashed onto the tip of the device. I just had to wipe that off with a rag.I was concerned that this would be uncomfortable in my ears, due to the suction. It wasn't uncomfortable at all. In fact, it actually felt good.It's very simple to use. Press the power button for 3 levels of suction. There's a 2nd button, but it just automatically kicked on while in use.While it's nice I guess to have a light on this... That's really going to be useful if another person is using this device on you. Otherwise, it's incredibly hard to even see for yourself while using this.Some good, some bad. But still a decent product.

It is ergonomic, comfortable to hold and easy to use. The weight is light and the size is portable. It is well made with smooth and gentle touching, making it safe to get the job done without causing scratch or damage to ears. It is cordless with long working time for one charge. It is rotatable, and the insertion depth of the ear spoon is adjustable, making it flexible and comfortable to use. It performs exceptionally, cleaning my ear canal effectively with ease.

So, I charged it up as the instructions stated, tried it out and i honestly didn't notice any difference. I know there was wax in my ear, but when I took the tool out, there was nothing on it or in the holder. I'll try it again and see what happens, but the only thing that I noticed was the tip was rotating in my ear but doing nothing.
