I am 6'0 and 195 lbs. Wore large size. Definitely one of the best ones I have tried. I mostly wore it under my jeans / pants for winters. Not stand alone. Material is amazing. You will not regret it. Perfect amount of softness, stretch and support. Also high waist. It's medium thickness. Go for it.
