this bag is so well made. The leather is soft and so pretty. The Cognac color Is amazing. It's a small bag, but it is so cute. I love it. Once the Brand rebranded, their quality definitely got better. I love this bag.

First off, Coach started with the quality packing job. Every piece was foam or paper wrapped for ensure nothing would rub or get damaged in shipping. It arrived in pristine condition. This may seem like a funny thing to start with but when a company takes this much effort for shipping, it gives you the piece of mind that they take pride in their products. Also, if you are sending this as a gift, it would arrive in style.Second, my wife loves the size of this purse. The bigger the purse, the more she carries, the more she complains about how heavy it is. So, this one is still big enough to carry the essentials but keeps the weight at a more comfortable level. Two straps, one for crossbody and one short strap that my wife does wish was about an inch longer because she likes to carry under the arm but has that extra flabby piece of skin taking up room there now.Third, Coach is known for their quality and this bad does not disappoint. The package had that distinctive leather smell when opening it. It feels and looks like a superior purse. The zippers and clasp work well. The stitching and pattern are beautiful. The colors are universal enough for all outfits, day or night and casual or dressy.Overall, this is an exceptional purse from an outstanding company.

This is a great little purse that I only take out when my kids can't get their sticky fingers on it. It has lots of compartments and is made really well. It's a quality purse. It's hard to find shoes to match. The only real complaint I have is that the strap is really hard, after awhile it can start to hurt my shoulder.
