Why transfer nothing?

Please check your ink type first,it must be sublimation ink, regular ink doesn't work.

Can i use it on dark T-shirts?

Nope, sublimation paper only could be used for light-colored.

Do I need to mirror my image before printing?

Yes. You must mirror the design before printing, especially if it includes text.

Why is the color on the paper dull compared to my digital image?

This is normal. Sublimation ink becomes vivid only after heat transfer. The printed paper will look faded until pressed.

Why is my image faded or incomplete after pressing?

Make sure you're using sublimation ink, Check if your substrate is polyester or poly-coated, Verify that your heat press reached the correct temperature, Ensure firm pressure and correct pressing time
