Very Good product

We have used this brand since before it was offered on Amazon. The ginseng has a good pick-me-up. Does not upset the stomach. We have had no issues with it at all.

I had a terrible experience with Piping Rock American Ginseng Capsules. Despite the high dosage, I didn’t feel any increase in energy or focus, and instead, I experienced stomach discomfort and mild headaches after taking them.The capsules are large and difficult to swallow, and the quality just didn’t meet expectations. I expected much better from this brand. Definitely won’t be buying again.

The ginseng had an odd color and taste. I contacted the company and asked repeatedly if the “American” Ginseng was from ginseng grown in the USA. It was not. They literally told me (in chat and email) that it was sourced from “all over the world”. I asked about heavy metals testing (a noted problem with supplements from China) they claimed it was tested but refused to produce the reports on their ginseng. Then they tried to fee me some BS about heavy metals - till I told them I have two Masters degrees in Engineering. They then told me they would follow up with an email on my issue. They have not done so. I would not trust an company that purposely misleads their customers. The effects heavy metals can have on your body are not worth a few dollars. This is one of the few times I have wished Amazon had a “no stars” rating.
