Very nice and works great. Nice having a remote. I have a 100 gallon and this heater is perfect and doesn't take up too much space.

The product LOOKS great and convenient with the exterior control panel however as many have reviewed, it is poor quality. The heater was placed in the water, allowed to acclimate to the current water, then set to 80°. Approximately 12 hours later it had cracked and leaked all over the terrarium and an emergency water change had to be performed. Very disappointing.

Love this heater. Simple to set up and very accurate. The improved suction cups are great. No more random floating heater.

Update: I changed review to 3 stars. Contacted support and they were quick to make things right. They refunded my money and sent me a replacement free of charge. But I haven't used the new one yet since I had had to purchase a different heater for my tank when this one busted. When I use this replacement I'll update my review again. The glass shattered within less than 24 hours of use. Whatever sand and powder was inside covered my entire tank! Had to quickly clean and water change! Hoping fish will be ok. Not happy at all. I buy cheaper heaters all the time and never had one explode. Decided to splurge for a nicer one and wow...lasted only a few hours. Thankfully so far my fish seem ok.

Got two defective heaters in a row. First one setting button did not work and the second one worked for about 24 hours before shutting off and never coming back on. Amazon was great on refunding but still need a heater and not sure if I Have any faith left in this brand. Would of gladly tried another one as I really wanted it to work because I like the features but exchange was no longer an option. So I guess I’m back to the drawing board on choosing another heater. Hard to choose a brand because the reviews are all over the board on all brands. Wouldn’t say I don’t recommend this brand due to knowing a lot of people happy with this product and maybe I was just unlucky but definitely concerned with quality at this point.

This product is amazing but the first one we (my family) received was defective. However, a quick message to customer service got us a brand new one! Customer service was even understanding when we needed a different one as We messaged about the wrong wattage! They are so generous and helpful in connecting with customers! I will always go with their products!

Heater works great maintains temp on my 80 gallon at 80 degrees no problem. Have in my sump which is good size heater tad big but otherwise perfect no issues.

The quality feels really good and rugged, so does the package. I put it to my outdoor pond about 50~70 gallon size and I felt it's safer with the plastic cage than the glass one. The control is really simple and straight forward, one button to setup the temperature. I setup 75F and placed it to the bottom of the pond, it goes to 76 over night and keep the same temperature everyday when I checked.
