These are the best pecans and the best value for 2lbs on amazon. The pecans are small with a nice crispy texture and buttery flavor. In my opinion they're better than jumbo pecans in both texture and flavor. I bought these to put a handful in yogurt every day, my teens ate the whole bag in less than a week 😂.

These are by far the best pecans I’ve ever tasted. I just submitted a review for some almonds and said pretty much the same thing. I don’t think this suggests that I’m not a discerning nut consumer. Rather, the takeaway is that we (not big nut eaters) have l gone through not one but two giant bags of nuts in a month because there’s apparently a BIG difference between grocery store nuts and what you can find here. These are salty, which you can see reflected in the sodium content. The sodium content is consistent with the taste. This is great for us. But these also taste super fresh and have an outer crunch that you don’t get in grocery store pecans. The bag seals well and the zip top lasted until the nuts were gone with us opening over and over again to grab a handful at a time. These would be fantastic for holiday applications like candied pecans or turtles if you can get those things made before you eat them all.

We've bought these twice now! Such a nice healthy and delicious snack! Somehow the smaller pecans make it just that much better!

A different flavor than roasted. Tasty

I absolutely L.O.V.E. these! Promptly delivered, much larger bag than I expected, super fresh, tender with the perfect amount of crunch and salt (I never salt anything, do not like super salty things, and these were just perfect - very light salt). The only thing I can find wrong with these is that they are literally SO good that I am wanting to eat more than the recommended 1oz/handful of nuts recommended for a healthy diet per day😅 I am a big health fan and have done tremendous research -- the enzymes from sprouted foods are so beneficial but depending on processing, can come with risk -- this processing is on point and is the only type I can find on the market that's done right and tastes this good. Plus I love that this appears to be small family run, which I also love to support. I will definitely be ordering these ongoing -- in fact, I've already gone back in to their store and ordered the almonds!! I may also be ordering the sprouted seeds, if the almonds are as good as the pecans. Thank you Pecan Shop!!

Love these so much, I have been buying these for years! These are my favorite pecans! I especially love that they are certified pesticide free of the glyphosate antibiotic (active ingredient in the RoundUp pesticide) since the glyphosate antibiotic residue are in nuts. Cheers to happy, clean and safe eating!

These nuts are well worth the price, especially if you are looking for a product exactly like this (soaked and dehydrated organic nuts) . I’ve been soaking and drying nuts for the past month. I was thinking about getting a food dehydrator because my toaster oven needed to be turned back on every 90 minutes over the course of the day to get 12 hours of drying. I also decided to research sources of good quality nuts. I was surprised when I came across a company that was soaking and low temperature drying a variety of different nuts according to the method promoted by the Weston Price foundation. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the price, but I wanted to taste the nuts to use as a benchmark for my own process. Anyway, the nuts just arrived, and they are delicious. At close to $20 per pound, they are a bit more expensive than the bulk raw organic pecans at Whole Foods ($16). Now, I know Whole Foods is not known for its bargain prices, but it is the only store selling bulk organic pecans that is fairly close to me. I could drive a much further distance to get a better price, but then you have to factor in those additional expenses. I find the extra few dollars a fair price to pay to get a product prepared exactly the way I want it prepared, especially one with such an exquisite taste. It is also pretty clear from the taste of these nuts that they are stored properly and handled carefully from harvest to packaging. I did not detect the slightest note of rancidity in the flavor or smell.

Bought these in November and finally opened the bag last month. I have bought these nuts 13 times and they were always delicious. This last bag is rancid. Thought they tasted different and realized they have a stale rancid oil off taste. I love them and will buy them again but there is no way you can contact seller. I will change my number of stars after the next bag. The packing date was November 2024 and Expiration date is May 2026. They should have been fine as they were sealed. Originally gave one star. I just bought another package of these pecans and they are absolutely delicious. They are just like the other 12 packages I received that were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I was giving it only one star because of the one package that came and was absolutely or rancid. The problem is you cannot contact the seller And complain about the product. That is why I am taking one star away.
