build quality - 4.5/5 very good build quality. i have another 30 lts symphony hicool. the plastic on that one is really really hard and tough. and it kind of feels like compact. this one is not like that. this is also heavy and tough, but because of the size, it feels light first it's size. so do not worry even after you buy thinking that it is not tough. it is tough bitt it's size makes you think that it may be is fragile. Cooling - 5/5 the adjustment between low and high is good to set up humidity level, which is nothing but cooking capacity. Usability - 5/5 if you can some how get your cooker plugged to the power source and the a water connection, it is the best thing that can happen in a summer. there is ball valve kind of thing that makes the water filling automatic. First use 3/5 everything is great but the first use wil throw you off because of the smell from the brand new honeycomb mesh that gives thr cooling. this is minor as it would reduce add you use the cooler. Maintenance - 5/5 the auto drain feature is a big surprise for me it makes it very easy for such a huge water tank of 75l. you would love it.

This review is for Crompton Ozone Royale 75lt cooler. I went for this after waiting for the availability of optimus 65 or 65I (preferred) for couple of weeks. +ves + This reasonably priced air cooler is capable of effectively cool about 300 sq feet drawing hall with a good air through felt at a distance of 20 feet and more. + Build quality seems good. Can't say how easy is the disassembling and assembling when needed to be. + Horizontal swing is sufficient. + Humidity control is useful. + Short manual but with enough necessary information including circuit diagrams. + Delivery experience is swift and as scheduled. -ves - Unfortunately and surprisingly, there is no visible knob or any lever to move the louvers up and down. So, the air deflector strips are to be moved individually. Or, may be I'm missing it. - Very few minor but definitely not superficial scratches present at one edge. Clearly the marks of rough assembling/fitting of one side panel. - Seems high demand and low supply this summer as the product frequently goes out of the shelves.

After using 1 week continuously this is my honest review 1. it cools pretty well my bedroom. 2. Water tank is massive but it gets empty it in just 1 night. 3. Build quality is very lacking no finishing in assembly and it looks like made in a small workshop at best . 4.no handle bar in fins to turn up and down even turning it individually doesn't make all fins rotate altogether 5.ice chamber is too small for its size. 6.the inside of the coolers, like motor, pump and pipes are tightend properly. 7.it started leaking from who knows where and there is no way to fix it. 8.no rubber sealing on drainage valves if remove the cap 2-3 times its get lose and water started leaking. Not worth it , better go to nearby shop check cooler condition then buy it

Hi All, I'm writing this review after 10 months, i ordered this on 31 March 2024, writing review 01/25/2025. Cooler working fine till the date, no problems faced, air flow was good. About size it's equal to a fridge. Also runs in hard water (salt water), quality was ok, bit noisy but not a problem. I bought it for 8k 75 litre. Why I'm writing this because summer is coming in 2 months so planning to buy for my cousin.

Delivery was Ok, don't bother that company will contact you for installation (there is no need, it's just plug and play). Came with little scratches here and there and dirty castor wheels, so think this is returned item! Will not bother since it is working fine! What's good: - cools small to medium sized room, good air flow, 3 speed control, motors and pump seems to be powerful and built to last - Honeycomb pads are of sufficient thickness, dedicated humidity control knob (might be helpful in high humidity) - descent amount of water, will last for around 3-4 nights (if only using during the night) - auto rotating vertical louvres, best for getting air to each corner of the room, dedicated switch to control water pump and vertical louvre movement. Males life easy! What's ok: - though location of water filling port is convenient, it is a bit small. Filling water with bucket is going to be hassle and it takes a lot of time with spillage. Though if tap is nearby then can fill it with pipe. - Plastic build quality is tacky, same goes for switches. Though this seems to be standerd all across the brands for similar price range. - Castor wheels though provide convenience they too are plasticy, though they can be locked and gets the job done. What's not so good: - noise: it does get a bit loud, but it feels it is the same across the brands with same price range (though would have been much better with lesser noise) - horizontal louvres don't want to move, it is difficult to change the direction of horizontal louvres, and assumes original position after some time. (Though they do not contribute that much to the airflow anyways!) - ice tray/shelf: not sure whether this is of any use since there is just a hole to drop the cold water down - The main power cable is literally 2 feet. This is very short, if the plug is far away then you are compelled to use extention. This reduces versatility. Final: This just barely justifies the price of 12k. So recommended if you are ok with the shortcomings.

It's perfect the Air flow is very high and you can adjust is accordingly and the water function works pretty well also the noise level is a bit high but it's alright since it gives very cool air. The product was delivered in perfect condition since i ordered 75 litres model it was true to it's capacity. Overall I'm rating it 5 as it's the best cooler you can get in this price range. Overall a very comfortable cooler.

It is a very good cooler for a small room with some nifty features for those that need them. There are few cons though, the plastic has very low tolerance, that is, it does not fit well. The plastics that move had to be trimmed a bit in order to fit(the water filling flap, the L tap for drain). The water filling flap at front makes a popping sound as if it will break when it's opened because it is too large for the opening. The cooler is also very effective at what it does, all the water in the tank is used in a night, so ensure that you have a open window otherwise room will be very humid. There is a con though, since the louvers are automatic, you can not set their direction yourself. All in all, these are some small problems but overall the cooler works very well for what it does. The controls are simple but high quality, the water level indicator is very handy and it has nice castor wheels.

It cools the air effectively when the weather is hot and dry. But when the weather is hot and air contains humidity, the cooling effect is limited. The key is placement: an air cooler should be near an open window or entrance to draw in fresh, dry air. If placed in a corner of a room, it increases humidity and reduces the cooling effect.
