what is the height of this cup holder please?

They’re about 5-5.1/2 inches deep.

Does it come with al the bits to fasten it on your golf trolley. The handle size on mine is 4cm but that includes the foam hand grip.

It comes with an adjustable clip. My trolly is a clic gear so I didn’t need to use the clip. It should wraparound your handle but I couldn’t be sure.
