Q: is it push up or a thin padding?

Thank you for your inquiry! Upon reviewing the garment tag for this item it does state that this is a T-Shirt Bra with Cloud Foam Cups. This would lead me to believe that it is not extremely padded and not intended to be a push-up bra. However, we do recommend checking out the manufacturer's websites for more specific information!

You may be wearing the wrong cup size if you need more coverage on the side. Get your bra size professionally measured like at Victoria’s Secret or another fine lingerie shop. Once you have the right size then buy this bra so it will fit you perfectly.

I would say this is “average”. I measured mine and it’s 3.5”. So it’s not super thin, but it’s not an over-sized smoother either.
