Very nice mic, punches above its price range.
I meant to by the condenser version by the same company which has a similar model number. Anyway, can't say it was a happy accident but the quality of this mic means I'm definitely getting the condenser version from FIFINE. I've not used expensive mics or even a Shure 57/58. I have some cheap Audio Technica and unknown brand dynamics. They cost about $20-$40 I'm guessing about 30 years ago for comparison. This mic sounds better than those. It has the usual lower end boomyness of dynamic mics but it captures the higher frequencies well imo. I've only used it on vocals and I think it sounds fine. A $1000 mic isn't going to add much, if anything, to my voice. This is a perfectly good mic as far as I'm concerned. Keep in mind I'm a hobbyist with no experience with pro gear, whatever that means. The build seems to be of good quality. Metal enclosure and is pretty heavy for a mic. Includes a table top tripod which is cool. Good mic for the price.

Surprisingly Good!
As a self-funded podcaster who has not "blown up" yet, these are good sounding options for those that are not yet in the SM7B club. I also needed four of these to accommodate a group of interviewees so four mics for < $150 (at that time) was a great option for me. Since I have some audio engineering skills, I can shape the small imperfections out in post, so this may not be for the less technically minded. These mics seem to boost the lows in order to create richness - unfortunately, this also picks up movements from the interviewees, bumps against the boom stand, etc. To combat this, I use suspension-style shock mounts on the booms (Versus the included hard shock mounts) as well as an EQ preset I have in audition. Add in some compression and noise gating and now you have pro-sounding podcast. I was pleasantly surprised at the rich, radio-host like quality and clarity I was able to extract from these inexpensive mics. I was also pleased at the amount of side/rear sound rejection - there was little to no bleed between mics, as we had three interviewees right next to each other on a couch; each with their own mic. If you have a few tech skills, you can make these sound very professional. May not be the best option if you just want to "record an post" without some post production tweaking.

Great sounding mic! Solid build, good looks. Buy one!
For a moderately priced dynamic microphone, this product delievers! My collection includes dozen of mics, and I truly like this one. It's not a condenser, but as a dynamic this has a great sound, solid build, and good looks. Currently my mike of choice for daily use. As is typical with most dynamics, the output couldnuse a boost so gain doesn't have to be maxed out for soft passages. The Klark TekniK CT-1 fits the bill in my case. Good low end, sparkling high end. Amazing what can be had for under $35.

Impressive Value for the Price - FIFINE XLR Dynamic Microphone
The FIFINE XLR Dynamic Microphone is a surprisingly solid performer, especially given its budget-friendly price. I recently acquired this microphone for my home recording setup, and it has exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the build quality is commendable. The microphone feels sturdy in hand, and the XLR connector ensures a reliable and interference-free connection to my audio interface. It's evident that FIFINE put thought into making a durable product. The microphone's sound quality is quite impressive. It captures audio with clarity and minimal background noise, making it suitable for a variety of recording tasks. Vocals sound warm and well-defined, and it works equally well for instruments like acoustic guitars or percussion. While it might not compete with high-end studio microphones, it provides excellent value for the price. I appreciate the microphone's versatility. It includes an integrated shock mount, which reduces handling noise, and it's compatible with standard microphone stands and mounts. This flexibility is a real plus for different recording scenarios. While the FIFINE XLR Dynamic Microphone delivers on many fronts, it's not without its limitations. The microphone's sensitivity is lower than some more expensive options, which means it may require a bit more gain from your audio interface. Additionally, it could benefit from a slightly wider frequency response, but given the price point, it performs admirably for most applications. In summary, the FIFINE XLR Dynamic Microphone is a fantastic value for those seeking a reliable and affordable XLR microphone for recording vocals and instruments. It offers commendable build quality and sound performance, making it an excellent choice for beginners and budget-conscious audio enthusiasts. While it may not replace high-end studio microphones, it's a solid investment for anyone looking to upgrade their recording setup without breaking the bank.

The Best Budget XLR Microphone
I am beyond impressed with these microphones. I had the Rode Podmic, two of them, and I sold them to get 4 of these Fifine K669Ds. The sound these little mics produce is on par with some of the more expensive brands. Outside of the fact that there isn't a USB option, this mic will give you what you need for a professional sounding budget podcast set up. I know some want that Shure SM7 look to be like the bigger podcasters, but your message is the most important thing and the Fifine K669D will give you the sound you want and it doesn't look bad either... I highly recommend this mic.

Fifine K669D, THE BEST budget dynamic mic I've ever used!
Where do I start?? The K669D is and has been my utmost favorite budget dynamic mic since I purchased my first one. I have 3 now. Two black and one custom red (a gift from a fellow YouTuber and not available on the market). These mics have an amazing, crisp, broadcast sound. You can literally setup a multi person podcast with these and have everyone sounding great for less than 1 pro level microphone. They are all metal build mics that will withstand being tossed around if you need to be mobile. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great mic. Crappy mount.
I have to say that this mic sounds great. I've been using it for live singing performances and really like its build quality, directionality and frequency response. BUT, my mic stand was bumped over and the mic mount snapped off like a cheap piece of plastic. Oh wait... it IS a cheap piece of plastic! So now I have a great mic that can't be used because they cheaped out on the mount quality. Buyer beware.

Best sounding and value under 5000rs
The mic is built really solid. sounds pretty damn good for the price. The sound is a bit too bright for my taste but gets the job done for voice over since my voice is quite low and needs that clarity /presence. The mic is a bit sensitive. I'm sure the mic is gonna last very long looking at the build quality Never been this happy from a mic purchase. I'd rate it for the price Value 10/10 Sound 8/10 Build 10/10
