Absolutely fabulous
Originally I wanted to get a small water heating tank installed under the kitchen sink so I don't need to get the large central hot water tank (about 120L) heated up every time I want to wash a few dishes. (What a waste of electricity especially with current prices!) I asked my neighbour who is a professional plumber, how much a small tank would cost and actually he recommended me to look into getting a water heating tap instead. Goodness me, the idea of the year, I didn't even know such thing existed. My neighbour installed it, it seemed easy and fast. Have been using it for a couple of weeks by now, I absolutely love it. It heats up to the perfect temperature to clean all the grease but it isn't too hot to burn your hands. Absolutely just perfect: the perfect temperature, the perfect amount of hot water every time, and the fraction of the price of a water heating tank. Cannot recommend enough!!!!

The key word here is WARM
It’s a WARM tap, not a hot tap. It looks nice and it’s easy to plumb in but it isn’t hot. The temperature gauge has very little to do with the temperature of the water. Who knows what it’s measuring? 2055 maybe? When this technology will actually work! Basically it’s almost as good as a Triton hand wash water heater but it looks like it should be better. It isn’t. The only advantage it has is that it’s easier to plumb in. Aside from that it’s rubbish!

Great tap, easy to install and works very well
I think this is a fantastic product. The only thing that lets it down a bit is that the plastic insert which sprays the water keeps dropping out. It is a bit tiresome. We can use it without the insert but to be honest then you don't really get the benefit. It was going to be just a temporary solution but we will keep it where we installed in at the sink. Any solution for the dropping out plastic insert would be much appreciated!

Excellent
Simple to fit, at first it made the water have a weird almost acidic metallic taste but after a few days that cleared, need to have a variable pressure reducing valve and have it on minimum pressure or it won’t heat up and you think it’s broken, but it will work and heat water up to over 55 degrees. This saves me a fortune on not having to keep my main hot water on all day that’s not being used, I switched that all off and just use this for my hot water needs, had it fitted and working for a few months now and still working and looking good.

Easy to install and no more freezing water...
Easy swap out with the normal tap. Main problem was getting the old tap off...Works well, a bit fiddly getting the wire lined up right with the spacer during tightening. But good that you can have the wire on top or below.Just keep in mind that you don't control the temperature as such. Just reduce the flow to make it hotter or increase the flow to make it colder. But if you care about is not having to use freezing water, then this works a treat. During freezing cold weather, water goes between warm and hot depending on how fast you run the tap.

Poor quality
Fitted no problem then noticed leak from underside of tap where it mounts onto sink so within 2 minutes. Do not buy. Very flimsy.

Amazing
Got this tap for our kitchen sink, had it fitted by a plumber then plugged in under sink, really pleased, Water gets super hot fast it's amazing and it shows the temperature in digital on the tap, the only downside is the metallic taste when you run the cold after the hot, so you do need to run the cold for a while to get rid of that taste.
