It’s perfect and in good condition

Phone doesn't charge at all, mega upset. How can they sell items that don't even work. once managed to charge, it will not connect to WIFI and every time I fold it, it turns off. After 2 days it stopped recognising sim card. read customer reviews on their own website, its 1 star. AVOID ALL ALL COSTS, as they dont even provide return label and I after i sent it back and paid for postage myself, I did not get any email notification that it has been received.queried the refund with them, they told me they sent it to Samsung under warranty, as is I want that phone back... avoid 3rd party sellers. I bought another phone from Amazon renewed, not 3rd party seller and it works perfectly.avoid this company, as they will discount this phone and put it back for sale

I would have liked a choice of colours. However, it's tough but good looking and practical. A good purchase.

I bought this as previously used and saved a good few pounds.My previous phone was a Samsung S20 but unfortunately was damaged making the camera almost useless.I was uncertain whether to go for new S23 or this Z4.I watch a multitude of uTube Videos and took the plunge.So far I am highly delighted with my choice of the Z4.As a conventional smart phone it does all you would expect.Open it up and you reach a whole new level of smart phone.The front screen is slightly smaller than that on my S20 but opening the phone out and you have transformed your mobile into a compact tablet.A must have addition is the pen.I bought a cover that came with the pen. I am not too taken with the cover I picked but also not too disappointed as it gives some protection to my phone and has a slot to hold the pen.The new Z5 is available but if you are on a budget, the X4 (at a reduced price) is a steal.Check out the many uTube reviews.Highly recommended.

It has served me well

I chose the "good" option, not "excellent" - but this could have easily been sold as excellent. There is absolutely no visible damage - no scratches, no chipped paint, the hinges work well, and the battery lasts over a full day on a single charge. The phone performs well, the camera quality is great and has up to 30x zoom (10x optical + 3x digital). I'm very happy with this.I previously had a Z Fold 3 and accidentally damaged the internal display. A repair shop quoted me £600 to fix it - buying this was both cheaper and provided a better result than having my old phone repaired.

Really disappointed with the customer service on this phone,after 9 months it has stopped working properly, after messaging the seller he said there was no warranty with the phone as he believes it has been misused or accidentally damaged, ,the phone stopped working in my hand with no misuse or damage. I would not purchase from this seller as he offers no after service or is even bothered .
