I would like to share my great experience with HiBoy customer service. My son’s scooter had an issue just one month after the warranty ended, and I contacted the company for help. They responded immediately and asked for videos to diagnose the problem. Once they identified the issue, they quickly sent us the replacement parts along with clear instructional videos. We received everything on time, installed the parts, and the scooter is now working perfectly again. I had this in my cart for weeks before I bought it because I was very skeptical. Having used it for a little while now let me just say this; This Scooter is awesome! I needed something to ride to my gym that's 3km Away and this is just the answer. I even go to the gym when I don't feel like working out because this thing is so much fun to ride. I especially like that this goes uphill without so much as a struggle. I love this and I highly recommend.

Fun scooter.. 30km/hr is definitely the sweet spot. Only change I would make is the handlebar grips to a softer rubber. Solid tires so no worrying about punctures and they have enough grip for confidence on a tar road. In this price range I am very happy with my purchase.

Dont get fooled by the positive reviews - this scooter is impractical for anything other than driving around in a parking lot 1. Horrible ground clearance - it’s just 2 inches off the ground so putting it on or off a sidewalk is a hassle, and you need to get off the scooter for any speed bumps 2. False range - the true range (even on eco mode) is closer to 40kms and nowhere close to 70 3. Bad wheels - blew the back wheel within a week of getting it despite just using it on the sidewalks and not going anywhere puncture-prone Go for something else

I’ve been using this scooter for 6 months now, and I’m very happy with it. It’s strong, reliable, and handles ramps with ease. One thing worth highlighting is Hiboy’s excellent customer service. After a few months, I had an issue with the throttle (which can happen). I contacted them by email, and they quickly sent me a complete new handle with the throttle and all necessary parts, along with a clear instructional video on how to replace it. Their response was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend both the scooter and the company!

Excellent! All scooters are heavy, but you can fold and carry this one with two arms. Fast, smooth and very sturdy

I was looking for a powerful scooter that's safe and stable and that still goes fast, The new HiBoy Titan seems to have hit all the marks. What I really like is the size of the platform, its large enough that I can move around on it, but sleek enough for me to pass through some tight locations. The dual suspension really does a great job in absorbing the bumps along the road and I have even taken this scooter on some off-roading with no apparent issues. I have had other hiBoy scooters previously and their customer service is great, they reply to my inquiries so I felt confident in buying the Titan. As far as speed 30+mph comes on fast and smooth, the throttle engages without any hitches, no hesitation that I have felt on other brand scooters. I also travel at night and the two built-in headlights light up the road really well, they are so good that they light up around the corners and so I feel safe riding the scooter at night. I was expecting such a powerful scooter to be on the heavier side and it is as it has 2 built-in motors, but the Titan doesn't bog me down. The handle folds easily as a carry handle. It weighs basically what I expected and wanted. The Titan also has a full color console screen that has lots of options besides speed and odometer. It shows you how long your unit has been on, top speed, average speed etc. The screen is large and easy to read while riding, day or night - it doesn't wash out. The horn is "LOUD" everyone gets out of my way when I push the horn, you can't miss me coming. I also like the fact that the headlight flashes red when I push the horn buttons so cars recognize that a scooter is coming up. I was happy to see that the Titan came with a really nice phone holder, that was a nice added bonus. I dont think I could have gotten any more scooter for the money, the HiBoy Titan hits all the marks at a great price. I purchased this scooter with my own money and i typically dont leave reviews but i was extremely impressed with this scooter to spend the time to write this review.

I purchased the Hiboy S2 Max through Amazon and have been really happy with it. The scooter feels solid and well built without being too heavy to carry when needed. The weight is manageable, but it still feels sturdy and stable while riding. The speed is perfect for commuting around town. It has enough power to feel quick and efficient without feeling unsafe. The range has also been great for my daily use. I can run errands and get where I need to go without worrying about the battery dying unexpectedly. I also really like the look of the scooter. It has a clean, sleek design that feels modern and high quality. It definitely looks more premium than many other scooters in this price range. Customer support was responsive and helpful when I had a question. They communicated clearly and worked with me to resolve my issue, which I really appreciated. Overall, the S2 Max has been reliable and practical for my transportation needs. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable electric scooter for everyday use.

Je l'utilise en ville sur piste cyclable essentiellement. Trottinette qui présente des qualités tel que la puissance en monté , la bonne accélération ainsi et mise à jour logiciel via Bluetooth. Vibre au guidon sur les pavés, nécessite très bonne tenue en main. Le freinage est de bonne qualité à condition de respecter les distances de sécurité selon la vitesse. J'ai paramètre une baisse de vitesse à 25 km/h maximum au lieu des 32km/h de capacité maximale. Ainsi la distance de freinage est plus courte. Véhicule résistant, toutefois, je recommande de ralentir au maximum pour passer les obstacles (les pavés ou défauts de la chaussée). Un casque, des gants, genouillères ainsi qu'un gilet fluorescent sont recommandés pour toutes les marques de trottinettes. Très bon service d'assistance. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Bonne conduite !

Llevo desde mayo con el patín, y estoy encantado. Tiene potencia más que de sobra para moverte sin problemas, subiendo cuestas o lo que sea. Es un sistema robusto y bien construido, con un sistema de plegado que no se te va a partir (como le pasaba al de mi xiaomi anterior), que es sencillo de plegar y muy resistente. Las ruedas sólidas de 10" van muy bien; son sólidas, sí, pierdes algo de comodidad en la conducción, pero la amortiguación trasera ayuda mucho. Lo mejor es que te olvidas para siempre de arreglar pinchazos, y eso es un plus a tener en cuenta. Si te ha tocado alguna vez arreglar un pinchazo en un patín ya sabrás que sudas tinta para hacerlo, y además se pinchan fácilmente. Con ruedas sólidas (pero honeycomb como las de este patín) te olvidas de todo. Eso sí, se me ha desgastado el dibujo de la delantera bastante y en algún momento tendré que cambiarla. En soporte por email me han dicho que no venden solo el neumático, sino la rueda entera con el motor, pero a un precio razonable de unos 65 €. Lo pillaré seguramente, así tendré además un motor nuevo de repuesto y una rueda nueva. Se me paró el patín tras pillar un buen bache, contacté con soporte por email y han respondido de diez: muy rápido --a pesar de estar en China-- y eficaz, mandando vídeos, haciendo preguntas para identificar el problema (que al final era la sirga del acelerador), y al saberlo, ¡me han mandado todo el manillar completo gratis para cambiarlo! Arreglado en 10 minutos y funcionando otra vez perfectamente. Mi experiencia con el servicio técnico de soporte es inmejorable, desde luego. Responden al email en el día habitualmente. La capacidad de aceleración es muy buena (especialmente en modo sport) y tener dos frenos, uno regenerativo en la rueda delantera y uno de disco en la trasera, es un plus de seguridad para frenar, aparte de recuperar algo de batería, imagino. Habitualmente con usar el regenerativo que actúa sobre el motor es suficiente: el de disco lo uso solo para frenadas casi "de emergencia". Las luces bajo el patín se ven mucho por la noche, la de atrás parpadea además al frenar. La delantera alumbra, pero si sales de noche, ponte una luz delantera adicional de alta potencia. La posición de conducción es cómoda, y sientes un patín sólido y que responde. Para mí, y considerando el precio, el S2 Pro es una elección perfecta.
