It has become a staple for me
I’ve been buying these for quite a few months now and they are always delivered promptly and without any packaging issues. They really are a must-have for me. The vitamins themselves are squishy with a sugary coating. The flavor has a hint of strawberry. It’s really not bad tasting at all, and that’s huge for me. I have always had a hard time taking B vitamins - even having them in a drawer at my house was too much for me because the smell alone disgusts me. These gummies mask the scent and taste VERY well. As for the physical effects I notice from taking these - they help immensely with my depression. I absolutely noticed a difference when I began taking them and I do notice a difference when I skip them. It’s wild to me how one little gummy snack can change my mood. Definitely recommend, again and again, especially if you’ve got any kind of mental health concerns.

Pleasant tasting with a slight aftertaste. Contains 10 calories per serve. One gummy is one serve unlike many other gummy packs. 2 g of carbohydrates and 1 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup, cane sugar. Plant-based. Contains Vitamin C, Niacin, Folate and vitamin B6. I was concerned about the amount of B6 in this as regular high dose of B6 can be dangerous. I checked my other supplements and found that the multivitamin also had B6. Too much B6 can cause nerve damage. I'll be looking for a Vitamin B supplement with less B6 next time.
