Received the safe which was wonderfully packed.When inserting the 4 AA batteries in the door to power the touch dial… no power. 😕 I hooked up the external battery pack and the pad powered up; then removed the inner door cover and started tracing the lines, and discovered one lead popped out of the connector (see pics). Plugged that into the correct slot on the connector to fix the issue, and now safe is working great.Easy enough fix if you run into the same issue. Cheers!

This safe is VERY easy to set up and use. The solid shelf and padding for the base make it extremely good for jewelry and other small items. Three locking bolts makes it secure; the four bolts and anchors for wall and floor mounting make it easy to attach the safe to walls/cabinets. An excellent safe for an excellent price!

I like the sturdy construction and heaviness built into this device. Also the instructions were easy to use and I will be storing my important personal papers with confidence.

My old firebox was just too small for all my documents so I researched safes and found this one. It is exactly what I needed. It was packaged well and not too heavy to move to my room. Easy to use too.

I purchased this because I needed a secure location to store personal belongings so they did not get lost or ruined. That being said this safe box does what I needed it to do. There is a light on the inside that illuminates while the door is opened. I have opened and closed this safe box more times that I can count and each time the door opens perfectly.However, if you are looking for a waterproof safe box, this is not the one. As you can see from the photograph, there are two (2) mounting holes in the back of the safe. These are holes that you can use to secure this safe box inside a wall. These holes are approx. 5 inches from the bottom of the safe. The screws used to mount the safe into the wall are approximately 2 inches long. There are no rubber seals, only metal washers, for the screws to help make this truly "waterproof". Regardless of whether you put this safe box in the wall or not, you are going to need to find a way to plug the holes to prevent water from seeping in.If you are looking for a fireproof safe, as it was delivered to me, this safe box is also not fireproof. First, I will refer back to the opened holes in the back. Second, the turning mechanism on the front of the lock is plastic. The key pad is also plastic. In a fire these two parts will easily melt. Which leads to the third issue. The batteries are housed on the inside of the door, directly above the turning mechanism. In a fire, the turning mechanism will melt and the high heat may cause the battery to explode all over some of your belongings inside the safe.Hopefully this review will help those looking for a "waterproof" and/or "fireproof" safe so you won't be disappointed when you receive it. If I was to make a recommendation to the seller/manufacturer it would be to reword "waterproof" to "water resistant" and fire proof to "fire resistant".

Honest review from someone who owns multiple safes and did a lot of research to find and buy this one.Extremely sturdy interior/exterior walls. Not bulky and easy to secure to studs as it comes with anchors and bolts.Comes with a fire retardant bag that holds 20 plus documents. 2.3 cu feet is a BIG floor safe compared to other models. The 2.3 ft cubic space is factual and allows storage of almost anything with a removable shelf.Has an automatic light for each time you open the safe. The keypad is wicked smooth and also lights up. Easy to set/ change your passcode and comes with keys as well.Humbly, I would give this 5 plus stars and would recommend to anyone and everyone that wants to secure their items and not worry about them going missing.Quick and secure shipping. As mentioned in the title. “JUST AS ADVERTISED.”

The safe looks okay, thru pictures and getting 30 cash back for rating 5 stars. If only I received it, ordered it with “two-day prime shipping” …. That was almost 20 days ago.

Looks nice and heavy. I haven't done any experiment to fire and checkI liked the Safe. Spacious to put jewelry and important documents.

For the money... This thing is great.Safes in general are only ever a deterrent for honest or lazy thieves.. If they can find them of coarse..Mount to concrete for added peace of mind, and not in a master bedroom and Conceal with an old carboard box on top for example. That is your best bet not matter which safe you have.I would say it is not fire or waterproof. But does come with some weird document bag probably fire and/or waterproof.However the size is very nice for the money. Also with a secondary locking box inside. Very neat.2 different keys, digital passcode, and an interior light=BADASS.--> "Good job guys" with the features!

Product is not made in US.problems with the product1. Round rotating lock is made of plastic.2. Key lock is made of plastic material and is very delicate.3. digital lock is not working. Issue has been addressed to service desk using email. Problem is not yet fixed.

This is a safe for your house or even your office. It is very sturdy and you can bolt it to anywhere you would like. You have to read the instructions carefully to get this safe up and going. I do recommend.
