I’ve been using this once a week to help with my hair formula absorption. It does exactly as it’s supposed to and comes with a large supply of extra cartridges. It’s pretty easy to use and the charge last a long time.

To start this is the best one I'm not left with scabs after using it which is awesome I have told all my friends and family about so they have all bought one and it really easy to use

ANPAT Microneedling Pen with 20 Replacement CartridgesThis is the second microneedling pen I've owned. But I've only microneedled 6 times, so I'm no expert.FIRST - This is a medical device that could cause serious damage. DON'T microneedle until you've watched several You Tube videos. Everything needs to be sanitary and you can cause real damage if you go too deep. I HIGHLY recommend you start at .25, and a NANO needle. And maybe never do anything else.PROS:- Easy to use - just pop on the cartridge and go.- Easy adjustments - you just change the depth (stay at .25) and speed (1 - 6)- Easy to hold/comfortable- Holds a charge well. And easy to recharge.- CordlessNOTE: The first cartridge I tried popped out when I started to use it, so I had to throw it away to be sanitary. So make sure it's clicked in correctly before you turn it on.CONS:- It comes with a lot of cartridge sizes - and I only use Nano... so that's a waste. And I'll immediately have to order more Nanos - because this is a different type cartridge than the brand I already have. I sure wish there were some standards on replacement needles - it seems like some "click in" and some screw in...??- So I set out to order new ones. And the ones I can get directly from ANPAT are a bit pricey ($3 each). But, again, it's not clear which ones I can order more generically.- At .25, this was a deeper penetration than my other pen. I could tell because my skin got redder faster. So which one is the "real" .25? I guess you just have to trust that this is calibrated correctly as it's dangerous to go too deep. Similarly, you have to trust that the needles are well-made as a dull needle is not good. There doesn't seem to be a certifying body.But my results are good and I'm happy with this pen. And so is my skin.

Easy way to use. Not too expansive, it’s just amazing.

I haven't used it long enough to see big results but the equipment and needles are sterile.
