good customer service
battery is starting to charge less and less, 100 when new now it gets to the low 40s. I bought the battery 8 months back, contacted their customer service and they mailed me a replacement battery.

1st battery lasted a week . Second battery lasted less than 6 months

Works right out of box, well packaged, new and clean.
Battery looks fresh and new. Cones with registration card. Popped it in my laptop and started to work with no issues. Seems like a quality product, but will have to see how it handles everyday use. Definately looking forward to the additional amperage it claims to deliver ...only time will tell.

Panasonic battery
Worked great and glad I found a battery to work for my laptop last min rather then get ripped off from some computer shop !!!

Charge life same as failing OEM battery.
I've noticed my 3 year old original Panasonic battery would only hold a charge for about an hour and a half when it used to be almost 3 hours. This after market battery only keeps its charge for about an hour and a half to 2 hours. It works but not like an OEM battery.

I had called a nearby computer repair shop to inquire about a battery for my older laptop. They said that it was not available to them. I looked on Amazon and quickly found the exact battery i needed. I was skeptical at first as the battery was a fairly reasonable price. It has been installed every since I received it and performs very well. It lasts hours and hours, charges easily, and I couldn't be more pleased.
